if we can stream, we'll try to get a Ft5 with those 2, CD jr vs Tyrant: Battle of the Bam Bams & some other stuff too. If we cant stream, we'll record a "live" broadcast and matches will be uploaded later.

I'm gonna use this thread to post this, because that way it will be seen.

MLG's stream setup has been getting a LOT of flack, but we all must realize something. This tournament is more for the competitors that could make it, than the stream monsters who could not. Think about it.... $32k is on the line, this is a corporate sponsored event. We are essentially making it possible for the top 8 to travel to one of the evo majors, or evo itself. I'm fine watching 20 minutes of commercials for each match, because I know that it will help someone I respect win some scrilla. Now if MLG picks up MK, they will OBVIOUSLY work on the stream setup in order to meet a nice middle ground of viewer entertainment and sponsor requirements. However, the tournament will always be more about financially supporting those great players that we want to come to the majors that are in our backyards. We should all be watching, giving constructive feedback, and just enjoying the fact that our game is gaining the financial backing required for some of us to keep doing what we love.

The streams from majors, phil, medina, atl, and all the others I'm too lazy to write up, have spoiled us. Those tournaments offer match after match with usually NO commercial breaks, proving that it is the love of the game that keeps these people playing. Our majors, minors, regionals, and locals will always be there for us stream monsters. We benefit much more than the attending players because we pay no money and get to watch all the action. Many placers at tournaments end up spending more to attend than they make by winning. So please, let us support them in supporting us and our love for this game, by watching MLG without incessantly whining that we had to listen to dubstep for 4 minutes every hour.

We're much better than this, and we owe it to our top players to show enough support that MLG will have us back, and put just as much money up as they have this time. Thank you.
