Gillette Fusion Pro Glide or Schick Hydro 5? Or do you have some other name brand you use and recommend over these two?

I use a phillips electric razor/trimmer with varying head attachments for close shaves, keeping my manly stubbly look in check and nose hair attachment ect and it was only about 40 bucks.

This. It is the poor man's razor, and it always treats me right.

Truth be told, I was definitely expecting this thread to be going in a TOTALLY different direction.

Sometimes it freaks me out shaving my balls...always feel like the razor's gonna slip and cut my sack open and my balls will go down the shower drain. Damn, why'd I have to mention this?!

Reminds me of when I was a kid and I was terrified to take a shit because I thought an alligator was going to come up through the toilet and bite my ass/nuts off.

Do you shave with a straight razor? I can see that happening, especially if you use merkur blades.

I use a Wahl beard trimmer, it's wireless, protable and works really well. I got it for ten bucks, it only needs replacement batteries like 3 times a year.

I'm an old school shaver and use a DE (Double Edge) Safety Razor as below

Search for 'Mantic59' or 'Geofatboy' on Youtube to learn how to shave like a man. Costs waaaaay less in the long run too.

Use the pro glide. I tried the hydro and it was much more irritating. The pro glide that is battery powered has been most comfortable for me. The damn cartridges are super expensive though.

Caution, do not use hair removal cream, it actually just burns your skin off so you have nothing to grow hair from anymore.
