I put Reptile here, don't know if he's a ninja per se, but anyway... You may vote for how many you like, but I suggest 3. So, my 3 most badass are Scorpion, Kuai Liang and Noob.

Ermac and Bi-Han. Ermac has the best voice in all of MK.

Both versions of sub and Rain. I might be a tad biased though . Sub is just the original master and rain is just awesome especially cause of his roundhouse.
And wartooth is right. Bi Han dies and becomes Saibot.
