I played some offline casuals the other day and ever since I've been feeling how all those tournament players feel; what in the Hell is wrong with this netcode there's that much lag/delay?

The game play soooo much faster offline. It's sooo much fun! It's sad to think online play will never be like that.

I actually really agree. Online play may be like that, compared to Soulcalibur's netcode this looks like a pile of trash bags waiting to get shit on lol.

I hope it atleast improves over time, hopefully MK10 is better, but yet I feel like it won't be and NRS won't be able to change their mistakes.

I also LOVE playing you guys on XBL. Honestly, you guys have leveled me up so much and I feel alot better about myself in the MK community. I tried playing ranked again today with a new character, Smoke, and I got bodied free by people that jumped atleast 50 fucking times per game. Honestly, I have no clue why I even bother. No one is really on today so I guess thats why lol. But I gotta say TYM has helped me out so fucking much it's not even funny. I'm really glad to be a part of this site. You guys are the fucking shit.

MonkeyWes89 or something is definitely a huge problem and I haven't wanted to say anything about it but it's definitely true.

Not a big name but if you ever run into this guy anytime he plays Kabal v Rain, he's in the bubble it will lag and yeah, my connection has been pretty laggy lately but it has happened so many times I can't even begin to express how frustrating that is.

The guy is a tier-slave and a joke.

Who cares Bodam? Our armor is the shit and we have tons of it. I have no problem throwing it out at any instance possible. It's their fault for trying to hit me while I'm glowing.
But if you really need it i will stage you an armor intervention and take you to rehab to use a character without the armor so you can be clean and not tempted.

I've been thinking about using Ermac for this very reason. Honestly, I think we should do it when my connection is back to where it usually is. I would really love to not feel like I need my armor to win but I think it's the truth -- I'm the biggest armor whore on XBL.

Im just gonna go ahead and add the next two armor whores to my arsenal. That way ill never have to worry. In case you are wondering who they are. One is black and loves america, the other is blind.

hehe, that's ok you know how I play SGT ;P I prefer to fight from a distance, unlike most players lol who prefer to get up close. So that would play out interesting I think. If his style is keep alway with armor, my style IS keep away lol. But don't play many Rain's, he's fun to play.

@BodamnEscapePlan, yeah dude lol I've played MonkeyWes tons of a times, he always picks Kano with me to try to beat me, he lags badly...and has rage quit on me :) lol I don't play laggy people from now on, an MKF30 policy. I don't care if they're good, bad or average. I refuse to play people from foreign third world connection countries...lol

Want to learn how to use a character with no fucking armor whatsoever just to wean you off of your so-called "reliance" on it? Pick up smoke seriously and i'll teach him to you. Just because I'm a bad fighting game player doesn't mean I'm not a knowledgeable smoke... I know my damn character after maining him and only him since release.

Enenra goddammit. play me this weekend and you'll see. I rely on stupid gimmicks and lag too much, whenever I play offline I get blown up so bad. I'm sure you've improved 10x since the last time we fought, so now it wont be me roflstomping your then-not so great scorpion.

I don't remember you rofl stomping me :eek: I thought I won a round after a convincingly bad first round, and almost pulled out the third but you read the F4 spear and it was kombo time. Why do I remember that?.

Alas, I'm not upset, that was a 20 minute Scorpion. Alright, I'll try. I am beating Halo:CEA on Legendary with Zer0Hundr3d too. We'll see though, my Sub Zero is hungry.

Well i dont remember it really. It was on the armory level i think, and I remember the first round being a near-flawless because you didnt know how to deal with the smoke vortex. After that is a blur, I must not have been totally focused because I usually remember most of my games against TYM people. I play best when I'm not focused though, as back-asswards as that sounds. See you this weekend.
