Way too tired to post all my shoutouts, just figured I'd make the thread to save the trouble. FR XV was the best MK tournament to date, just like I said it would be. Pig Of The Hut truly represented the ATL, proving his name should be up there as one of the best. I predicted REO would win but I always say he will win, at least I was right this time. I met so many fucking people that there's no way I can remember them all. It was awesome meeting everyone and I'm still so hype right now. Anyway, I'll do my shoutouts when I have about 5 hours of free time, lololol

Shout out to Atlanta and the MK Kommunity in general for making this event hype as hell! I've had a blast since getting to Atlanta on Thursday. People like Lord of the Fly and Pig of the Hut made this place feel like home away from home, which shows class. Definitely haven't enjoyed the event but now it's time to go home, however the memories will always be there. Thanks to everybody i got to meet and chat with.

But had a decent time. Spent way too much cash on taxis. The stupid Marta closed before we got there due to delayed flights. And no one was willing to give us a ride to the airport :/

Was awesome meeting Konqrr finally. We'll do those money matches at evo, off stream whatever. I didnt bother with any mm since I trashed my controller, I'm a stick player 100% I can't play this game on pad I never been so pissed over a game ever. Going to try what AC1984 said and play the stick on my lap.

RunwayMafia Ofcourse made this weekend fun. HONEYCHILD lololol

Noobe for trying to let me use his sticks but disappeared when it was time for me to play LOL that's what I get.

If we had Mr. Mileena all of the Ohio guys, krayzie and a few others this would of been a perfect tourney of all of MK's top players. Too bad they couldn't come.

MAn FInal Round was sooooo HYPE!!!! this year mainly cuase I usually play Tekken at FR Tourneys with my ATL crew But this year is like a dream expierinece for me since MK finally had a showing at FR I got to meet sooooo many names that Ive seen on the forums and streams I swear the MK Kommunity is just like family brothers and siters under the MK Logo everybody was cool and HYPED all weeken Long It was great I had a lot of background support and I think I did my best but I enjoyed the full expierience of being part of such a strong kommunity that continues to grow everyday soooo now my shout out.

ATL Crew : We Reped it hard we played hard we grew all the same and all of hour hard work showed that ATL aint no joke and we have a strong scene down here Congrats to Pig for alll his hard work that he has done to make everything he has done for our scene and for running such a smooth tournament with the best possible expience of showcasing the talent that was there , Lord of the Fly still my brother in the MK glad he made it back from Spain safely and on time ,Clint you took many name before you went down rememinded me of that one scene from 300 you just kept going bro lol. Stacki jack and Beey guy Ed Static thanks for the hospitality and usage to provide a great casual set up and streaming location and crash spot your the best man. Ed thanks for all you do for our scene casuals location and streams, ATL Batman you did what you could man but you did great, ATL Redd good stuff,Viper,Treypound,Beeniweenies, DQ Beats its soo many of us we did great

What an amazing tournament I had the privilege to attend. Although, it was very disappointing for me (I'll explain why I was DQ'ed) I still had an amazing time just being there!

DanCock I had a great time running around Atlanta with you! Sindel Sisters for life!

Pig Of The Hut It was nice to finally meet you. You are truly a guys guy and was a pleasure to hang out with you. You made this event so hype but with a twist of class....You are truly a class act! Congrats on placing second, tearing up the joint, and running a huge tournament...truly a flawless victory!

Konqrr It was an honor to play casuals with you. First great Kitana I ever layed eyes on!

PimpUigi You are by far the funniest guy...like ever!

Crazy Domican It was an honor to meet you and to watch you kick ass during the 5v5...by far my favorite competitor!

I'm sure I'm forgetting people because I met and hung out with so many....but it was truly an awesome event!!

So what happened was....I woke up on Sunday around 8am...well rested and focused. I hung out all day at the mk station waiting for my pool (pool D) and basically drank way too much of the energy drinks/coffee that was supplied at the event (on an empty stomach) and had something wrong with my blood sugar. It was actually very scary. After my first round loss (amazing Kenshi player btw) I felt incredibly light headed and at one point actually felt my knees give out and I fell. I started to panic thinking I was going to faint....so I had to leave to go eat and was unable to play any further...HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT on my end but I learned quickly that you can't drink high energy drinks on an empty stomach. All in all...."Great tournament, Great experience"!

@Medina, thanks for setting up an awesome stream for us last night dude. I prefer a stream with other players, friendly spectators, and a few trolls over any crappy SFIV one with few players and like a thousand trolls.

Osu 16 Bit, haters gonna hate dude, you proved to everyone last night that you're still among the best Kitanas in the scene when you and CD played an amazing mirror. There's no shame at all losing a close match to a legend like him, you're an awesome player and a great hype man. I feel MK9's Final Round viewership was boosted thanks to your hyping dude, I feel everyone owes you that.

Pig Of The Hut, you're an amazing player and I feel you have cemented yourself as among the god tier MK9 players with Detroit, REO, and the Dominican House. I honestly feel you ran the best tournament since EVO, that crap was hype as hell and was very exciting to watch. I was sitting for TWELVE HOURS STRAIGHT dude, that's how good your tourney was and now I'm more inclined to try and get myself out a tourney when it comes to PA to try and meet and play some offline games for once, instead of hanging out in the lab or beating online players lul.

Big D, you were the story of Final Round. An unknown from Florida with an underrated character and you took it to EVERYONE, you got through a rough pool, threw CD Jr. into losers, and made both Pig and REO freaking work to beat you. Your Nightwolf is immensely entertaining and got the entire crowd on your side, I would've loved to see more of your Ermac as well. Just remember that hatchet combo chant dude.

REO, about time you beat Jr. in a tournament. I was always ragging on you for that in my mind, but you finally broke the curse.

Shujinkydink, your Quan is the Quan of America, get that money match with Hidan if he decides to go to EVO and try to settle the question of who has the better woolay man. Your commentary was excellent dude, I really liked you on the mic you seem to be a natural.

Tom Brady, you did really well dude. Your Sub-Zero is back on point and I think you're making a big statement getting far with him, your Raiden is getting better as well just get those hat tier shenanigans down. xP

-Jimmy Potato, I feel you actually held your own well against REO. You didn't let him take you for free and that's what mattered dude, I need to start playing online again with you guys.

-gr8one06, you had a very strong first tournament experience. Your accent is amazing as well by the way, good luck on the law career.

First of all I'm so proud of my boy Pig Of The Hut. He played hard and showed that he deserves to be on that top 20 list. This tournament had so manny killers it was exciting all the way through. It was full of heartbreak, joy, emotion, and pain.

Second shutout goes to the most improved and dare I say...best nightwolf of today, Big D. He showed what I couldn't by pushing back against all the haters and showed that NW can win. Don't worry, I'll be back my friend. Let the competition begin!

Third shoutout...yup King hippo. As much shit as this guy spoke. "more than me" he was humbled at FR and was man enough to give respect when it was due. I never had the pleasure to see this guy play because it was so hectic and crazy. But with pig playing so well, and him seeing me play against guys like Ashner, joker, red Djinn, and casuals against Detroit, among others...he was able to give me a handshake and say, "your not as bad as I thought". Lol. I like this guy

Fourth shout out goes to Osu 16 Bit and Slips. Osu is just as hype in person as on the show and slips is as humble as they come. Even though I wanted to beat slips, he bested me in casuals quite easily after the tournament. I want more though as I was still jet lagged as hell but I have to give him respect. If I can quote Slips after the tourney, "we both suck ass apparently, so whatever". We all had a good laugh. These guys are great for the community and are awesome.

Gotta give a shoutout to @dr dogg. At first we butted heads and not just a little but in the end I have to thank you for your help. In the end you made the tourney a little easier to handle for us. Pig taking the brunt of the work and me and Ed trying to do this for the first time was difficult. And I know I responded harshly but there was too much going on for me to deal with criticism.

Medina4life stream killer! Great job man. Such a huge help and a great stream experience. Was it 2400-2500 viewers? Gotta love it.

@CDjr. Great meeting you man. You are a fun guy to hang with I'm just upset I wasn't able to get there sooner. I really want to test my best vs you guys from VSM but didn't have the pleasure. We each weigh our strength vs the VSM guys and I wasn't able to do that. Thanks for cheating me on man.

CD, REO It was great to meet CD and nice to see Reo again also. Reo killed it and beat my boy Pig and deserved the win. Monster caliber player.

Maxter. You gave me some good advice and I can see how smart of a player you are. You definitely have some of the deepest knowledge of this game out there. You played extremely well for not feeling good but just the same I wish I could have had the pleasure of playing you guys. I will be in New York before too long so expect me to try and get some games with you guys.

RedDjinn. Very good sektor man. Before I knew it my life was gone. I felt bad knocking out a friend but you are a class act and shook man hand. I was hoping to finally settle the money match in the making since impact clash but with me coming back from Spain the night before it wasn't in the cards.

Cat and the rest of Houston. You guys are for real. So much talent in that group. You guys are a force to be recond with and I pitty the fool that under estimates you. I will be coming out there in April so be ready for games guys.

To everyone else who wanted money matches...again I'm sorry I wasn't around. My past week and the week to come are extremely hectic. With a stressful week in Spain and a 10.5 hour flight, with a 6 hour time difference between here and Spain, there was no way I could think straight sat night. By the end of the tournament at 12:30am I was on Spain time at 6:30am. I was wiped. I look forward to another opportunity to see you guys and meet you guys. I will still be awaiting money matches and can't wait till the next opportunity to prove myself. To those who know my current situation, thank you for saying something and giving your condolences.

GGs to Shujinkydink who blew me up so easily with my first match on stream. Ouch... Thanks for giving me tips afterwards on how to beat Quan Chi with Smoke because I practically had no idea what I was doing in the matches (watching the stream archive, I agree with BeerGuyEd, I did not know the matchup at all). Much respect for repping that Quan Chi and coming all the way down from Canadia to represent the STB, you know your stuff and that's gonna compel me to learn the Quan Chi matchup for good. Nice to finally meet you in person after so long, we gotta play sometime online.

Konqrr, BeerGuyEd, @Trepound, @Osu16bit, all of you Kitanas I met at Final Round. I'm so glad you guys showed up and even though I only played Ed and Trepound, i've been trying so hard to figure out that Kitana - Smoke matchup. I appreciate the few tips that Konqrr gave me when I talked to him, really nice guy to talk to, glad he was one of the testers i'd gladly have him represent the kommunity again if the chance arises, too bad we couldn't talk much. BeerGuyEd, I was so disappointed when you told me you dropped Smoke but your Kitana told me otherwise, you have such a great Kitana and on that Hitbox just amazing, glad to finally meet you in person after just talking on stream wish we could've talked a bit more but that's how it goes. :/ Trepound showed me easily how Kitana can get in your face if she wants to, him eliminating me looked so easy to him, I was so free in that match I didn't even know what happened, simply a great player much respect. 16Bit you were a nice guy to talk to, even if my brother and I were like "nice to meet a great player" you came back with a "i'm just a person", that was my brother and I's lol-worthy quote. Although fair warning, I'm coming back to get you Kitanas I played with my Smoke, i'm gonna get back into training to see what I can do to finally best Kitana, it doesn't end with a FR loss to a Kitana, not by a long shot.

DanCock, Dancock, Dancock... It was so nice to meet you in person for the first time, you looked confused when I came up to you and asked to play your Sindel and then you're like "who is this"? I liked your shirt it was pretty lulz worthy. But the reason I say your name 3 times is that our match, although I liked playing you in an actual tournament setting, you didn't have your stick or stand with you and it just seemed so bad when you didn't have Noobe around to borrow his. It just wasn't going well. I wanted to challenge you after the tournament for like a MM, but I ended up leaving early. Still you're as cool as a guy in person as you are online and i'm glad that meeting you in person wasn't like meeting someone new for the first time.

Sao87, MortySeinfeld, DrDogg, you were the only Arizonans I talked to and even though my twin and I didn't talk with you guys long, you were really cool. I was sad to see you dropped Cage Sao but I guess it was for good reason. Morty seemed pretty depressed about the 5v5 but he still played solid in pools even if Pool A was pretty much a gauntlet. Dr Dogg even though I came up to you and berated you for not coming on anymore, you seemed to still hold a passion for the MK Kommunity and really stepped up when Pig had to go compete. Honestly I didn't see you anywhere else but the MK area helping out, much respect. Nice guys to talk to, just didn't really talk to you much. :/

OJuggernautO, Nice to meet you in person finally. Even though you didn't play MK9 seriously, you still supported it with a passion, trying your luck with Liu Kang and still fighting. You were probably the guy I talked with the most while I was there and joked around with, when my brother pointed you out, inside of me I was like "OMG IT'S JUGGERNAUT!!!!" but outside I tried to keep my composure. TBH I was expecting a huge juiced up guy who called everyone he introduced himself to a bitch and then proceeding to punch their face in. Really nice to meet and talk to you offline finally, it's a shame we couldn't do any UMK3.

I'm not done with my shoutouts yet, but to name-drop a few people, it was nice meeting Shogun, TylerLantern, Tom Brady, Medina, CD, Way of the fist, Slips, PimpUigi, Panda. And nice seeing Pig, Fly, Cyuss, Beenee, Dque, Jimmy VonVitti, Batman, R3dd again.

with MK getting dropped from Battle and Brew, i don't know when i'll ever get to see yall, and it makes me sad. as much as i love Soul Calibur (and i'll be picking up SFxT), there's no way i'll find a closer pack of players in atlanta in any game other than MK. here's to MK10. much love. <3

Pig Of The Hut & @DQed - I had the first to ten, my Scorpion vs. his Cyrax. I won the 2/3, the 3/5, the 4/7, and then I lost the first to ten. DQed adjusted extremely well and has some of the best/most creative Cyrax setups I've seen.

Vip3r It was great playing your Freddy. Scared to break the PS3 on your first try.

KingHippo You really gave me more trouble than any Kenshi I've ever played. Thank you for calling me Dane Cook.

@goldfish Talking about King's Quest and Ultima was epic and amazing. I hope we get to talk about them in person again someday.
