DLC problems. Help please!

Hey I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be posting in, but it seemed appropriate.

So, I've downloaded Rain, Kenshi, and Freddy from the in game store a while back and everything was working great. I bought an xbox slim because my old xbox stopped reading discs. I transferred the dlc from the original to the slim, and now I can only access Kenshi. I've tried going to redownload the dlc, but the marketplace has a price tag of 400Ms per character (except Kenshi- I can redownload him). I tried going to the in-game store and the same problem occurs. I checked my system memory and it says I have all 4 dlc characters, including Skarlet (who I never downloaded), on my hard drive. What the hell is the problem here? It's pretty frusterating.
I'm currently trying to get my original xbox to run MK so I can check the in-game store on that system. I hope that solves it, but I doubt I will even get that far.

Can anyone shed some light on this odd problem? I really don't want to have to pay twice.

Edit: And yes, I know I could have gotten Skarlet along with the others for the same amount I payed but whatever. It says I have her downloaded, but I can't access her. I remember some people saying they had her for free playable and everything. I was hoping this happened to me somehow. Anyway i just don't want to be jipped out of 800 Ms points.

Well if you can not get it to work, I would just buy the Komplete Edition. Atleast that way you will have all of the DLC on disc and you will not have to worry about re-buying the characters. Just make sure to delete the DLC data from your system if you want to get the Komplete Edition.

I was hoping it wouldn't have to come to this but it honestly sounds better than dealing with these DLC problems. It's a shame that honest paying customers can just have their purchases taken away, without any promise of a refund or getting their DLC back. Appreciate the response though.

I hear ya man, I hate whenever there is problems with DLC and no refunds can be given. Considering DLC is not the cheapest thing, going with the Komplete would prolly be the best IMO since you wont have to worry about re-downloading everything. And try to stick around man, I would not go to SFxTekken just yet, we still have the MK PS Vita Edition to come and I'm sure you'll want to stick around for that.
