Updated the confirmed list AND I'm waiting to hear from ShootHere. Fellow Rhode Islander said he was interested which would put us at 10 (assuming blueNINE and Phoenix make it) which is SICK! Keep this up I might have to find a venue to hold these things in lol. Tomorrow I'm going to be doing some rearranging in my living room to make room for everyone to be in and play comfortably.

No. Wish I had the equipment to do so, best I could do would be the old fashioned way and point my laptop at a screen lol. Maybe I'll do that, we'll see.

I will be there! I can bring an Xbox if needed. I will be slightly rusty since I was away from it for some time and I switched mains once I came back but I am definitely pumped to play with other people who take MK seriously and not just pounding on my friends who play once every two months.

Thank you all for coming especially those who drove from hour(s) away. I had a great time and DEFINITELY plan on having this again, can't resist offline high level competition. We need more representation for New England, and I definitely found out there's some hidden talent here, especially in Habity and Mr Powa. I continue to work my ass off to level up and it's a big thanks to you guys.

On a side note by far my favorite part of the night besides playing casuals with everyone was watching Habity and Peanuts mirror their Kangs and definitely winners finals of our mini tournament between Habity and blueNINE, excellent stuff.

It was a pleasure hosting and I look forward to this again!

Thank you all so much. It was great playing against great people. I appreciate the feedback and tips I got from you guys, especially from mcpeanuts and blueNINE.

blueNINE I'm definitely interested in picking your brain on dual-modding my PDP.

I am most definitely interested in doing that again. I also hope for my own and everyone else's sake that all your tips and help shows in my Smoke next time. I feel like towards the end of the night I was doing much better. Either that or blueNINE was being nice. Lol.

Definitely hope you can make it too, tons of high level play and so much to learn from everyone. It was a blast and hope you Ninj and CRKFIEND can make it as well as everyone who made it. Tons of casuals, salt and trash talking EVERYWHERE lol. Definitely want to set one up for March I'll post it in here and tag everyone.

On February 12th my living room was turned into a Mortal Kombat sanctum and I promised everyone we'd do it again, well here it is. April 8th 2012 should be bigger and better. I wanted to give people more notice to help them plan better. On the 12th 9 MK fans filled my living of all levels of play whether they were tournament veterans, to returning player, new comers as well as hidden talent. It was great pleasure hosting it the first time and look forward to this again, by far some of the most fun I've had in the scene. I'm hoping everyone who made it last time can make it PLUS the others who weren't able to. Anyone who came last time will you it's well worth the travel. Same deal as last time, I'll host and provide the food, snacks, drinks and most of the set ups/tv's. Who ever can bring a system, a controller, a game, a montor, ANYTHING is appreciated. Make sure you bring convertors if you have one because there will be multiple systems. Last time we had 3 set ups which was plenty but expecting more people I'll be planned to set up space for another if not 2 depending on who makes it. When you respond to the thread make sure you throw me an @mention so I'm alerted to come here. I look forward to seeing you all and hopefully hearing from you soon!

It does notify me when I'm quoted lol I just don't think people would have quoted my original post every time lol.
