Crafting the most broken character in MK9

If this game had a character creation mode similar to Mortal Kombat Armageddon; which moves would you give your character in order to make he/she compete with the top tier in the game. Moves can come from any fighting game.

an armored kung lao dive kick which can be linked to smokes airthrow, which ofcourse throws you into an ice clone. after freezing your opponent you can superman him into the corner and use subzeros corner pressure and if the opponent tries something funny you can check him with sonya's armor cartwheel, small hitbox, subzeros d4, kabals sweep, whatever d1 with good frame advantage, sonya's uppercut, johnny cages frame traps. anddddd barakas chop chop chop just to troll opponents.

Ivan Ozze has ALL projectile moves, he has a skill that allows him to be invincible for like 1 second then shoot out 3 projectiles, he can turn his invincible even on hit, if you block one of his projectile its a frame trap, if you get hit its a 25% combo, and he can float... lol. And He has a projectile that is like Sektor homing missile. No one in the history of fighting game can beat ivan

Dude, have you even seen the video I posted? Ivan ozze can go invincible anytime even on dazed and in a middle of the combo, and after he goes out of the invincible frames, he shoots out 3 homing missiles.

Reptile's dash and Mileena's teledrop would do well, too. Also, Scorpion's spear and/or hellfire. They couldn't do that anymore I don't think.

But honestly, Cyrax (with his 80%-90% damage resets and broken ass Command Grab) and Smoke (Crazy damage output resets + Smoke shananigans = OP) already are super characters pretty much. What else do you need really?

I'm sorry Petresky, but I disagree with you, the most broken character is in Naruto Accel series, for ps2.
Sasori Hiruko, he can't be poisoned or negatived status, his tail deflect all kind of projectiles, best pressure in the game, a counter move that can be followed by an unblockable move used as an OTG as well, best air move in the game, he gets poison attacks when he's dying and double damage, that's the real broken thing, he's a cheat character, he was banned in all the tournaments of this game, no one can balance a game worst than CyberConnect, believe me.

Ooze projectiles would be totally deflected by sasori's tail. Since it deflects every projectile

Most broken created character? Freddy's glove, iaGB, Cage's entire set of normals and nutpunch, Raiden's teleport, and Reptile's elbow.

Yep. And like Salad said, he can interrupt hitstun with any move he desires. He was designed to be a retarded hard boss character that was beatable by way of patterns.

If you gave Johnny Cage from the vanilla game (f3,2 shenanigans) with Freddy's projectile.... holy... not fair. Basically a random flip of the coin is the only chance you'd have.

My version of the most broken character would have the following features:

Sektor Heat Seeking Missile with Shao Khan's hammer unblockable+stun stagger effect. In addition to this, you have full Jade ex glow armor when using the ex version. It's a 5 frame start up.

He would have a standing 1 like jax, a 22 like Sub, Mileena's hit box and d4.

All you need is Raiden's teleport for Cyrax.

But I would make a character with cage's normals + nutpunch and quan chi's rune trap, a decent teleport, since quan doesn't have one, could be scorpion's.

the teleport will go direct to rune trap, as the nut punch would do. Awesomeness

Haven't played, but I've heard a bit about it.

At like 1.40ish & 4,50 and probably throughout the rest of the video too, you see Hol's super gun which uses 1 meter (i think 8 meter is maximum you can store) and can repeat into that otg loop . among the many random/op attacks that broke that game.
