Official Madam Bo Kameo Trailer Discussion

So, what a useful looking Kameo.. I don't know what her recharge rate is but she seems to offer you:
1- a summon like Ferra where she can either give you a drink or throw an overhead bottle.
2-a puppet stance that seems to come out of a sliding ambush? seems useful for a character that needs lows
3- the coolest grab I've seen in an NRS game - with a side of arson
4- did she enhance her overhead somersault move? It looks like it was enhanced into a combo

anyways, she looks super good for my main. what are your thoughts

I'm defiantly hype for her.. I think add kameos should be part of every dlc release as they add so much to the game. I'm really keen to try her with eveyone I have played so far.

As for speculation? It is just so hard to tell with such little footage, the video is listed as a teaser, so I think we will get more to look at soon.

The Drink gives your character Drunken Fist abilities too. We see Kung Lao doing a belly flop ground bounce in the air, and his forward dash changes into a weird stumble. So maybe it has benefits as well as negatives

Yet another restand, like they have just been slapping on restands latley on everything, shujinko new move, ghostfsce, conan, madam bo lol its grtting redundant.

It's not though... it's like his Gran or something. It is clearly a different character, in behaviour and signature moves and style. Sektor and Cyrax is a gender swap, but not this.

The Drinks gives special moves based on bo' rai cho, either that or i'm tripping with that belly bash Lao just did

That’s a really cool mechanic @Eddy Wang exactly the kind of inventiveness I want from a game in the tag/vs/assist style. I had an MK1 question since I only am shallowly acquainted with the NRS era games - has MK ever had puppet characters like kenshi or two step zoners like rain before? You see those archetypes in almost every anime fighter but I wonder if those ones are new to NRS games

Sure, but its also a unique tool that gives character identity. Its just a bit funny that all latest release have a restand( which add to existing ones as well). Jury is still out on t1000 heh.

Ohh for sure, you will probably be abie to do the sand burst loops into restand into time freez and then possibly the 2 bar clone setup. And depending on how much that restand costs, additional use of kameo as well.
