It's been quite a while since Ive seen the director of the Raid makin a new movie, but now its here.
This is the first teaser which looks pretty sick.
The Raid really changed the action genre back then & brought it to a whole new lvl and Havoc looks like it might be on the same lvl as The Raid movies.

Ohhhh, this looks fantastic!

Didn't you also make a thread/post recommending "The Shadow Strays"? I remember someone here did and that movie turned into a favorite and I'm hoping the same thing can be said about this.

If its the director of the raid films I have to watch. Although as much as i love Tom Hardy, I don't think he has the physicality of the actors from the raid movies. Hopefully the movie doesn't hinge on that but i don't think it will, i can't see this director do the 'million different cuts' type action scenes like the bourne films. Or like when they have an old movie star do a fight scene and try to cover up or muddle his not so great fighting skills.

Oh and also you're becoming my action movie/martial arts movie guru lol. Shadow strays was dope

It really was a great film. I just love a badass female protagonist. xD

Ye, Tom and also Chris are no Iko Uwais or Joe Taslim.
When I saw Chris on the first Tyler Rake movie trailer, I didnt' expect the action in that movie being this good.
Chris has trained alot for both Tyler Rake movies and the action IMO was better than all the John Wick movies.
Sam Hargrave who directed Tyler Rake and Gareth Evans both know no matter what kind of actor, how to train them and make
some of the best action scenes with them.
From what Ive heard is that HAVOC has been in production for 4 years now and I guess Tom has done the same procedure / training as Chris.
My hopes are rly high for this.

Lol, some comments on Havoc trailers are like " Its basically Venom 4 without Venom! "
Im kinda surprised there are still action fans who haven't heard of The Raid before.

Edit: Havoc was announced 5 years ago, so ye the HYPE is real!
