YES!
Yes, but you cannot use krossplay (in ranked, at least) if your pc doesnt have an SSD or if it doesnt reach a certain FPS average mark. This is said so in-game. Furthermore, a good PC (or even an average one by 2024 standards) is enough to run this game better than on consoles.
PC hardware passing a benchmark also doesn't mean the PC isn't running random stuff in the background, doesn't even have to be intentional by the user. The benchmarks are typically not accurate anyway. idk why you would mention running something "better", I just don't want the match to be choppy or crash. And "FPS average mark" again the spikes are the problem, average doesn't matter at all.

PC injects way too many extra variables into online gaming.

Then disable crossplay and be happy, I don't know what else to tell you. 99% of the matches I had with other PC players since MKX have been perfectly fine.

Life was wasted on you.

I don't really see a way for the game to run "better" on PC than on consoles. I primarily play on PC and the performance seems to be relatively the same minus the PC-specific option to have 60FPS FBs and such. The PC version also tends to have FPS stuttering that isn't present on the PS5 version. I can't speak on the S/X version as I don't own one of those consoles.

The disparity between PC and console versions of the game isn't really all that vast in my opinion.

Aside from the 60FPS during fatal blows and such, there was less input delay on PC in MK11 - I'm not sure if this is still the case in MK1, though. I did have some weird stuttering gameplay randomly happen in the patch previous to Ghostface, which was present only on PC as far as know - but Xbox seemed to have the same problem in the patch previous to that one, while PC and PS5 did not have it, which means presumably the stuttering problems weren't something caused by the PC to begin with.

You are correct when you say the differences in performance aren't very noticiable between consoles and the PC versions (with the recommended specs), though.

For Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate on Xbox, it has less input lag then PlayStation 4. As someone who plays the game on PC - Steam, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One X, there's no major difference in terms of performance outside of the 60 FPS Intros and Fatal Blows, since you can connect your Controller to the console via a USB cable and it becomes a wired Controller, something PlayStation can not do. PlayStation 4, the tournament standard version of the game, is actually one of the worst places to play it on.

For Mortal Kombat 1: Khaos Reigns, I only play on Xbox Series X and offline, and I've had no performance issues either.

I'm not even talking about MK.
I was under the impression you were, that's on me then. The fact is the MK1 online experience on PC is mostly fine with crossplay between consoles, save for apparently this cheater with autoducks and some sporadic less than ideal matches with people using minimum specs PC.
