Where to begin with lying frames type of tech? What activates it? And is it feasible to pull off every few or so matches online or even offline? The lying frames video DeDkmK put out was cryptic but killer!

And got me mad motivated on Umk3 recently i hear KonqqR also has some knowledge on LFs.

i want to test random tech and characters and get to a point of understanding it myself. Then maybe write an indepth guide for others on how to get started with it.

if its not like a super rare thing i expect to see some crazy stuff happen across the different MKS!

I don't like the term "lying frames". Modern FGC would probably refer to this as "re-stand" or "OTG". Though, I suppose both don't capture the idea exactly. Anyway, if you are specifically wondering about relaunching in UMK3 there is a chart.

It "exists" for a frame after the fatal blow activation screen. You can't block or do anything.
