Hey all,
I saw in a thread a day or so ago that people were having trouble getting EX specials to come out. I really started encountering this yesterday and for the life of me can't find the previous thread. Was a solution found?
Last night I was futzing around in Training and no matter what, I could not get Mileena's EX Straight Sai to come out. Not once. Looking at the inputs there were plenty of times it showed Front Punch and Block together, meaning it was registering that I was pressing them at the same time. Am I doing something glaringly wrong here?
I could get EX Low Sai to come out pretty consistently, and also EX Ball and EX Down Teleport (though less consistently than Low Sai), but with Straight Sai batting a complete 0.
Using the Xbox Series X version and a base Xbox (Series) Wireless Controller, in case that matters.
Was going to try turning Negative Edge on later just to see if that makes a difference, and if not, was going to try connecting my Controller via a Micro USB and see if going wired helps.
