You go to a website that convert time, you pick one of those timezones stated in this forum topic and convert it to your local time and so you know the time when MK1 will be unlocked.
It's now 7 hours ago that early access has been released and PC have access aswell.
The reason why Steam states 19th of September and not 14th, is because the 14th is not the official release but the 19th is.
They aren't going to put 14th as a release date, otherwise the forums will be flooded with angry people who bought the regular version.
To proof my point, I saw a lot of topics today, "Where is my game.", "MK1 early access not unlocked.", "please help, can't play mk1." While they didn't read the time when it was going to be released, which was posted everywhere.
So can you imagine if they put 14th of September on Steam, while the official release is the 19th. Damn, it will create so many angry people who bought the regular version.
I completed the story already for 30%, I did invasion already. So, yes the early access isn't pushed back and just playable like any other platform..
