@Dark Rob:
What In Flames are you a fan of, cause I think this song sounds AMAZING. I'm a huge fan of A Sense of Purpose In Flames, not huge about their older stuff.
Its not that they're newer stuff is bad. I have always thought they were a great band. Im an old timer though, when I was a kid I was very into the Swedish death metal scene. Stuff like Entombed,At the gates, Dark Tranquility,Arch Enemy(before they had death metal Barbie)In Flames was at the forefront of this movement with classics like "The Jester Race" "Whoracle" and "Colony" So those 3 albums are what I consider to be the defining In Flames records. Along with At the Gates's "Slaughter of the soul" They helped to define what Swedish melodic death metal was.
This is years ago though, Im talkin mid 90's. In Flames really sound nothing now like they did then, and Im not hatin em for it. To me though the mid 90's were a special time for Swedish metal.

Rob, the 90's were a special time for metal in general. Death Metal to be specific. Now it blows hot chunks of ass though! Oh well, I'm gonna listen to some old Bolt Thrower.

I hate 99.9% of Dubstep, but I really love this guy's work.

Yes very true. Most metal today is overproduced overly mainstreamed ripoffs of the greats. Bolt Thrower was great(was? I think they are still at it actually). So were they're country mates Benediction and of course the almighty Carcass.

Florida was of course the home of American death metal. To me Chuck Shuldiner and Death were the absolute top of the form for that style. But I also liked Nocturnus,Cynic(Focus was amazing) Morbid Angel(Blessed are the sick was beast)Immolation,Athiest,Malevolent Creation, god there were so many. Fuck man, metal fukin blows now. What the fuck happened???
