What character needs more offline exposure?

Which character is just never seen, but has real potential? I would have to say Skarlet.

Yeah I agree with that choice. I'd also say that Kano is another character. I think he's really solid. He has been getting some exposure recently though....

I remember NothingRhymeswithCircus got top 8 at CEO with him. MaceWind and I$aac do well with him as well. I use him at offline casuals too, but none of those are recorded+it is on PS3 so I sucked in the matches anyway

I think Lord of the Fly has done an excellent job representing Nightwolf offline. No need for more exposure as long as he makes it to more offline tourneys.

Characters who really need more offline exposure (as in someone using their abilities to the fullest):
1. Skarlet - This character is so unexplored, it hurts. I only see offline players goofing around with her occasionally. Hell, you don't see her online either.
2. Post-patch Rain - Seriously, did everyone besides Book Burning drop him after the dash nerf?
3. Sindel - I'm telling you. This character has potential. Hopefully, Mr. Mileena demonstrates that at Final Round.
4. Noob and Ermac - The unappreciated ninjas. I really want to see more of them. Played at the highest possible level.

There are more, but those are the only ones I care about.

I still think Kano's bottom 5, but he still doesn't really have that much of a representation, though there are guys like I$AAC making him work.
