One has to wonder if they are intentionally using that word in it's correct context and it's actually a backhanded compliment or they just think it mean "real good at something."

Yeah, I guess I should've done a better description of that conversation. I'm looking at my inbox...
The first message was titled "mk savant." Then I replied " " (thinking he was being an asshole cause
I beat him at least 6 times in a row with a different character each time). He then sent he a message saying
" i have no idea how i could get as good as u." It's possible he was trying to be snarky, but whatever at least
my win/loss record isn't as bad as it used to be thanks to him. lol

4 times in a row with Johnny Cage in mirror matches.
He invites me to his party and accuses me of using a lag switch.
I tell him i have no lag switch, and he says this:
"I filmed it, and im uploading it to YouTube to expose you!"
I said, "Go ahead. Ill post this to TestYourMight, see if they get a laugh out of it."

So he retorts with, "You dumbass, im a moderator on TYM! Im Tim Static!"
Me: "Its nice to know you whine about your losses."
JC: "Im banning your IP address right now! Im posting the vids to the first page and linking them to your profile. Im exposing you for the lag switcher you are."

Me (To his friend XBL: MR IMPATIENT): "Look, why dont you play me and tell me if im lag switching yourself?"
He said alright.
MR IMPATIENT (after about 2 matches): "...man, this Noob Saibot is some serious shit. Hes pretty good, i gotta admit that."
JC: "Hes probably spamming shadows or lagging the game. You could never do this offline and go to tournaments like me."
Me: "Your right, because i have no offline scene."
JC: "Why cant you go?"
Me: "None of your concern."
JC: "Exactly, this game should only be played by pros like me."
Me: "Nice to know i kicked this pros ass 4 times with his own character. And you say IM cheating?"

This is the most unexpected occurence to ever happen to me on MK9.

I've played that guy myself and beat him with MY johnny cage... and my JC is freaking TERRIBLE. lmao

It's funny how the two people who keep this thread going are Noob and Quan Chi players... these two charecters alone are responsible for the community having only about 500 people IN THE WHOLE WORLD playing at any given time... Noob does not need a reset and Quanchi's meter building is disgusting... people play you guys and never play again, they get rune trapped three or four times and thats that, its off to marvel or call of duty... then you guys sit here and act smug about all your hate mail... this game can still be fun when you lose, but people like Noob and Quan beat you, take a shit in your mouth and leave you with such an awfull taste in your mouth that you never want to play this game again... I dont mean to be rude but it seems like you guys get more joy off beating people until they cant stand it anymore then actually playing the game... FUCK NOOB PLAYERS AND FUCK QUAN CHEESE PLAYERS!!!

I really have not decided yet on a main, I can play ok with Kung Lao who was my favorite charecter, but people dont like it when you play as him so I also play as Sektor and Raiden, mostly human Sektor though...

and I know you read, I read your poetry, I listed some authors after my question, just wanted to see if you were into any of them or if you had any suggestions on a good author too read...

I am also a writer...

I was asking for some people from this site to play me. I wanna play some good players every now and then b/c you don't get better by playing scrubs (and most of the ppl I play are lol ... hell, I'm a scrub too, but that's beside the point.)

Anyway, I was asking for players to play against me, and I said... "I'm not talking about you" b/c you kick my ass enough. I don't need to ask you to do it. lol

Thanks for the Sub compliment. I've been practicing a lot with him, but apparently it's in vain since Sub is a bad character. You've got a great Ermac, Smoke, and Sektor. And yeah, nice fights the other night.

Hey sage, lol I just picked up Noob since I love the ninjas and think that's really the best way to go right? Enenra uses him too told me the same thing, just stay far and abuse shadows and knee shadows. It works well, I managed against a few decent Kitana's other night but barely....she seems to give him a rough time. I think Noob destroys Sonya though! I just hate his up close game outside of the rising shadow knee he really doesn't have that much

I hear ya on the use your best guy regardless of match up but sometimes it really is pointless like say Smoke vs. Cage or Sonya for example, they give Smoke a really hard time or say Sheeva vs. Sektor, that's just a nightmare match up for Sheeva lol

Not really, I don't like his slow ass ice ball (and human sub's is already pretty slow) and I hate the character haha. Ruin my Sub by turning him cyber!? AWW HELL NO! lol

Oh yeah, his ice ball is slow as hell but his slide comes out faster, actually has better mix ups up close and his dart kick has to be one of the most annoying moves in the game at times lol. Oh you don't like cyber Sub huh lol. Yeah, I was a little sad to see him turned. Since he died among others, he'll probably be brought back by the Elder gods or Raiden someone, and back to human form. That's a guess, based on the fans responce who knows lol
