Actually, Cetrion held back during their fight (as Liu said in the dialogue) and Raiden melded with Liu to become a new lifeform, something Kronika didn't expect and couldn't prepare against. It's actually well explained in the story, even if it's equally as unsatisfying. Cassie defeating a fully-powered Shinnok with green light that came from a vague Mediterranean cult is diabolic. It isn't impossible for her to best impossible odds, but the build-up wasn't well-done. I think she was given that win to make her an important character in the mythos. What should have been an amazing moment was botched.

did i miss skarlets kombat league skins or something ??? if so, it had to be season 1, cause ive played every other one .

also jades summonable tower key for true edenian skin... how TF do i get that key ???

Conversely, MK11 is my favourite iteration of Sonya Blade. In terms of mechanics, her Fatalities, even Ronda's voice acting. I honestly really love this Sonya. CONTROVERSIAL!

If KL was actually a good ranked mode I wouldn’t care about skins but since it’s so ass the cosmetic rewards are the only reason I’ll play it smh.

Gonna be the 2nd season in a row I’ll be skipping.

Cetrion still got bested by God mode LK though and that is very true about kronika underestimating raiden with the merge. She even says "with desperation comes invention, victory is no longer assured" While cetrion is powerful no doubt, Raiden has way more years experience fighting and mentoring with mortals. Couple all that knowledge and power with earthrealm greatest fighter with powers of his own and pretty logical how they beat cetrion and kronika honestly. Plus prior to that one shotting an entire netherrealm army like nothing then zapping the rest instantly.

Revenant Sonya and Johnny make sense if they were going for "What if they died during the Sindel attack"
Revanant Cassie I don't get at all especially when she's on KL skin number 2 on top of her 2 DLC skins.

Should've gone with Revanant Sub-Zero, imo.

Theres a undead sub skin from last Kl season 4 which looks awesome honestly.

Cetrion even implied Liu Kang wields Onaga's fire as in a Thunder God mixed with Onaga's power and Onaga was so powerful a character like Shao Kahn had to rely on poisoning to overthrow him, he couldn't simply beat him in combat.

Liu Kang and Cassie are fine being the two chosen ones, I like that it's an East meets West type of deal and I'd like to see more of them in future titles doing their thing. This theme of commoners, low class etc being able to hang with royals and the elite has been a pretty common theme in books, movies, media, anime etc regardless of whether the product is Western or Eastern.

Yeah that's true I mean it's a good blend, both are also from earthrealm champions of two different timelines or periods in time etc

That's true, I mean look at comics too. Guys like Batman and Ironman hang with cosmic beings or guys like Superman and Hulk, due to intelligence and suits, prep etc. Its all about how the writer does it or how the character plot is written to determine how plausible it is you know? I thought the writers with the story did a pretty solid job overall.

Yeah chaos skin lol. Looks like a revenant skin from mk x lol. The same deep orange glowing eyes, the new deadite skins as some call them or zombie skins look like glowing red eyes. I kind of like the chaos skins more than the zombie ones lol

I don't see the big deal, don't like em don't play. I don't personally like Time Jacqui (and potentially Revanant Cassie) so I stopped there and I was disappointed Dvorah didn't have the Black Widow look for Season Of Blood.

But it is what is.

I'm talking just in terms of skins. Chun li has probably the most skins you can download in sfv
