London UK casuals every week at Gamerbase

Thanks to Helter Skelter the UK now has access to offline casuals every week.

Every Thursday in Central London, you will be able to have offline casuals and maybe a weekly tournament the same evening (depending on the turnout). This will go alongside the weekly tournament for UMVC3 and will take place in the 18+ room in Gamerbase. A gaming center inside HMV.

If you're looking to get a train/bus down i highly recommend Booking your tickets a few weeks in advance so it doesn't cost you very much to travel, for this reason Mustard and I will NOT be attending the one this coming week but WILL be attending the week after.

This is an excellent chance for the UK scene to get back on it's feet!

This is AWESOME. I dont turn 18 for a month though which kind of sucks, I'm assuming I have to be over 18 for an 18+ room lol.
I'll try and make it down to one of these at least once every month though.

there is a stream for the marvel tournament, but for now i don't think there will be a stream for MK. It will all depend on how much people actually attend.

11pm is when they close to my knowledge. It will be played on an xbox.

Venue entry is about 6 pounds. They have a chart but i cant remember exactly.

gamerbase use xbox's, and sell converters, not sure about entry fees, ae and marvel is 4 quid so ill assume mk will be the same.

To be honest i haven't seen anyone say that stuff in a long time, not only is it a very ignorant way to think but i think a lot of people have realized that there's talent outside of the US too.

Hopefully i can show what i got at WGC at least, not that i wanna prove anything to anyone. I feel like i've accomplished quite a bit in terms of personal goals, that's all i really wanna keep on doing.

Not every week, that's all we know for now. But i'm willing to go reliably at LEAST once a month. It depends on how much money i have.
