Joker instead of Ash makes sense because they can sync-up with the movie coming out. Also kinda confirms that the supposed "KP2 characters" found in the files are somewhat true because The Joker was among them. Unless they just scrapped Ash completely, there's a chance we could be getting him, Fujin, and Sheeva later.
