mmh, this is something that got my attention too, since i live in finland and the time zones are quite alot different

Anyone up for starting a TYM room tonight on xbl? Would be nice to play some decent players before the tourney starts. Getting sick of ranked matches lol

all pools are now closed. Thanks everybody for registering! make sure you show up when your supposed to be playing. If you do not, the first available person will take your spot

God damnit. Nothing quite like seeing about half the pools where I think I may have had a chance to advance.... then seeing that every single person added to my pool in the last update is better than me.

oh well, it is what it is. Maybe I can exploit some lag or something. :)

Pools 5-8 are now CLOSED. All spots have been filled for the early (7:00pm) pools. The tournament starts next Monday night. Thanks everyone for registering for the tournament! I'm sure we will have a great time!

****There were a number of you that were unable to join due to registering late. We're sorry you guys were not able to secure one of the 64 slots. However, there is still hope! Last tournament, many people did not show up on time for their matches and we were forced to make substitutions. If you're still wanting to be in the tournament, be in the tournament chatroom early (before the beginning of each pool) and express your desire to be a substitute if slots become open. We will do the best will can in making substitutions based on pool registration and those who are available at the time when needed. Thanks everybody!****

Can I get an explanation as to how I had my name listed in pool 4, then got bumped and 5 people got added instead of me?

Would be cool... I was confirmed for pool 4 on like Tuesday.

I also looked at TRMK, MKU, and Gamefaqs. I seriously didn't see any similar threads anywhere there... probably looked in the wrong spot or something...

But even on here, the only people who signed up for pool 4 before I did were Zee and Lionheart. Neither of them are there either. TotteryManx, Infamous E, and Flair were the only other people (at least in this thread) to sign up for pool 4

but yea... how can you go from being confirmed and listed in a pool to not in the tournament? I mean, I understand that some people weren't able to secure spots and whatnot... But what about people who DID have spots secured? What's up there?
