Yeah, a lot of people come from other games and find that calculate frame data in MK games are a pain in the ass specially because 14f normals don't punish -14 moves on block, but reversal ones does.
While it doesn't change nothing in particular all this missconception onl exists because NRS force us to read frame data differently.
