He said he deleted some tweets that I didn't see so I'm curious what is the "Shit storm" that he has been through the last couple of months? I literally don't know much about him aside from him being really good.

I just saw that too but that does not mean he wont stop playing the game. Its the going out and competing he's quitting. But he cant quit when you're doing so well.

In that tweet he talks about the Wonderchef stuff and being phased out behind the scenes. That doesn't sound like performance issues to me, not to mention he talks about depression. I don't know the specifics of any of that, but if he needs to take time off or even move on for his mental health and happiness I support him doing that.

Getting dropped by his sponsor and loosing the salary has to be a big setback as well..... but I would expect this to end up as nothing.. Regardless of the reason behind this, he's gotta do what he feels is best for him. And seeing how he stated that he's got depression, that's the kinda shit that can take even those at the top of their game and make them feel like none of that is worth anything. It's something I've faced first-hand. I still hope that even if he's done competing, he still continues with the game and helps to teach others how to play.

But at the end of the day, if it's not making him happy then he needs to take care of his health first.

I mean, I don't know what happened between him and Honeybee, but it's hard to imagine how anyone could work Bee up to the point where it escalated to a DQ so it had to be real.

He's a great competitor, I hope he can get some perspective and elevate his personal game to the same level.
