As a fan of rhe franchise its in your interest to care about its reception. It's probably the second most important factor to sales (which it influences anyway).

We want the game to be sucessful on many metrics to ensure the best possible/longest support for the game that we all love.

just mean that If I like A franchise I may like the game it's how I do things. I may feel diffrent than the critics

I think we are going to see a 90 or something around there. I don't think a lot of the reviewers are hardcore fighting game guys who lab and battle it out online. All of that single player stuff is probably going to get NRS some points.

I have seen some people hate on MK11 a lot, so I am sure they will give it a crap score JUST to try and pull the score down. Which is exactly why I don't care about these scores, because they don't actually mean anything. A score won't be able to decide for me if I'm going to enjoy the game or not. A lot of games and movies have high scores, but don't appeal to me at all, while some have really low scores and I enjoy them thoroughly!

Also when reading reviews, I am only looking at the facts about the game, explanations how some of it works and such, while completely disregarding the opinions of the author, as they're useless to me.

As well as them been tied to online modes. Its hard to say how much they will be brought down for this... feels like a repeat of Shadows of War tbh.

I'm going to change my prediction from 88 to 83. Honestly the game feels about a 90% and the questionable practices in a full price retail game about a 60%. How much the issues effect the reviewer depends on them. It's very hard to predict.

Just over 5 hours to go if anyone wants to make last minute predictions before the voting lines close! Lol.

User reviews will be 7 to 8 mixed but those are irrelevant to me. Critic reviews will be very strong, and I think MK11 will average above a 90 on metacritic for the first time ever. People who actually know how to objectively review a game will see how brilliant MK11 is.
