Favorite Beta Character

OK, so we all (alright, alright nearly all) have been playing beta and kicking around with all of the characters and our home made variations.

Who was your favorite? Do they have any potential to be a main/pocket character or were you not that keen on any of them?

Definitely Jade.
I suck at her and get my ass kicked a lot online, but I have a fun time with her! ^^

For me it was Jade by a mile. I have never gotten in to her in any of the previous titles, but she was a heap of fun. I will definitely have her in mind as a potential main when MK11 drops.

The only other one I really liked was Kabal.

The other three can go suck a dick.

I’ve played about 200 matches with him and he’s alright I guess, hes pretty ass against skarlet and kabal but he’s solid.

Scorpion. He will be main no matter what.

Seeing mostly Scorpion and Kabal online. Not much Jade or Skarlet.

I didn't expect to like Skarlet so much. At this point I think it's kismet.

Jade and Skarlet are both a ton of fun. I don't play Kabal but he seems to be back in fine form, so I'm psyched for Kabal mains.

Kabal is so much fun that I haven't had any reason to try anyone else. Everytime I try, I think of a new combo to try instead

Complete scrub stomper, and playing him by tick throwing people to death and barely using combos is satisfying as fuck.

Baraka by far. I have tried the others but I'm just naturally better with baraka with no actual work put in. I hope it feels that way with Shang and Shao for me. I will put it in the work regardless but I hope they are fun characters naturally.

I mean im playing with Skarlet but the character im enjoying the most is Scorpion (even i cant believe that i like Scorpion for the first time) because i really like the classic look-alike skin with mk2 mask

We don't play beta characters, we only play alpha males like Johnny Cage, Shang Tsung & Kotal Kahn tyvm.

Jade I guess.
She is the most boring character possible, so it fits me.

I do hope she is nerfed into the ground though, and then some more for good measure.
Not because I think she is too good, I was just scarred as a child from AI Jade in UMK3 and my petty spite is endless.

If I get a chance to download and play the beta tomorrow I’ll probably be using Scorpion.
