lol I either need to pronounce my tag better or I need a new one cause not just you but even Cock had no idea that we talked to each other a couple times at NEC. Russel keeps calling me by my legal name on the inter webz for some reason, which is Amedeo (at least spell it right Russel) lol.

Shady says BTW Trivia would be a good screen name, who knows I mite do it.

Its more the "Aku" part lol. What I meant is maybe I mumbled the tag and its already a funky name so ppl dont remember or even register it. The BTW Trivia is b/c I'll always be saying "btw" and with ppl and switching the subject to something seemingly completely unrelated. And I have random fun facts I bring up every now and then when it comes to a bunch of shit.

Hey man, thanks a lot for coming out. You're a really nice dude, it's a little bit of a shame that you didn't stick around for a while. I wanted to run a few more games against your Sonya, swap tech and other strategies. Hopefully you can come out to more in Toronto.

Also, shady says you should just be BTW Ernov... not the Trivia part, that's just tacky ;)

I wanted to as well, but you know how it is when you gotta rely on others to get around :eek: We were parked in that pay lot right behind A & C and it's only $6 for the day BUT if you're there after 7pm, they nail ya for like $75 or something rediculous like that. Well that and you really looked like you wanted to be alone after that first loss. I'm happy though. I bought an actual Killer Instinct BLACK cart from A & C just before the tournament so I consider that my booby prize for being the fastest eliminated :suckit:

Just remember dood, no matter how good you are, there is always someone better. Also, no matter how bad you are, there is always someone worse ;)

Really wish I had been able to make it out. Grats to Winter for taking first! I'm really hoping I can make it to the next one (if there is another). After getting a taste of offline play, online for this game just feels so miserable sometimes.

Whether u think ur elite or not on any given day you can beat an elite player. Good showing in the tourney and was cool to commentate with u, Russel and Shady on the recordings.

@Dark Trax we poke fun at you but ur a decent player and u gave me trouble with ur Sektor. Also awesome job collecting all that footage, hypin shit up, and helping guys make it to and from the tourney. U are a big help to this wonderful and enthusiastic community. A couple other communities could really learn a lesson from us.

The @NeoRussel props on making a great effort in grand finals and hosting this tourney. Always doing good stuff for the competitve gaming community for this genre of games here in Canada.

@everyone else thx for traveling to make this tourney, hopefully at least some of you can make A&C on the regular. Its because of guys like u travelling to even just locals that help out the scene overall and make these tournies even more hype.

I realize you're joking about the Canada Cup thing, but I do want to point out: We lost to the exact same guys, in the exact same order. Jwong put me in losers, Dink eliminated me (literally the next match).

...I just got them sooner, because my bracket fucking sucked. Hell, they threw RUSSELL at me immediately, and I wasn't even expecting to beat him. Shoutouts to random seeding!
