Saw this posted on Gamefaqs but not here. On a tour of the mocap studio Mr. Himmerick mentions the use of sais and then.... literally passes around a sai to the people visiting.

Now, this could just be a leftover prop from MKX or INJ2, but... the timing is going to make people wonder, no?
