It looks like MK11s storyline is gonna be the Crisis on Infinite Earths of Mortal Kombat. However, so far we've only seen Earthrrealm, Outworld and the Netherrealm. What about the other Realms?

What's going on in Edenia, Chaosrrealm, Seido? Shouldn't those Realms be involved too?

But what if Kronika is not defeated and then this crisis extends to the next Mortal Kombat? Perhaps then the other Realms could be involved?


I really liked Mortal Kombat's lore about the Realms and mystical stuff. They should be brought back imo.

Of course no one is asking for Darrius lmao there could always be new characters or re-design cool characters with potential like Havik and Hotaru.

Right now it looks like the crisis is only involving Earthrrealm, Outworld and Netherrealm. Would you like the other Realms to participate too?

I kinda wouldn't.

There is only so much time the story mode has at its disposal. And I feel that all the different characters and all the different versions of characters meeting each other already has tons of potential and shouldn't fall short.

I mean, you'll have the young vengeful Scorpion meeting his more calm older self. How will they interact? How will young Scorpion act, when he meets the older Sub-Zero? How will both the old Scorpion and old Sub-Zero, when they meet the ruthless Noob Saibot?
How will young Johnny Cage and young Sonya Blade act, when they find out that they've hooked up together and have a daughter?
How will young Liu Kang and young Kitana act, when they meet their old, dead selves? What will Liu Kang think, when he finds out that Raiden, his role model, killed him?
How will Kotal Khan, Baraka (and eventually Mileena) act, when they meet D'Vorah again?

And that's only a couple of questions. And with all of these questions, I really don't see any room left for the other realms. There are already enough great potential sub-plots available.

Isnt Edenia still merged with Outworld? I do with they'd explore all the realms more, but i think that'll prolly be the next game. Unless their hiding a lot of the story still from the trailers.


Also Darrius was my main in Deception, so yes im hoping he gets a redesign and is back eventually.
