They're probably trying to erase Rock from existence by having Astaroth take a few aesthetic points from him. Like that furry loincloth, for example. Looks very SC4 Rock.

Actually, fun little lesson time, SCVI Astaroth has very clear inspiration from s couple of his past iterations (those being SC1, SC Legends and SC3) as seen in the following images, which when compared to his SCVI design are very clearly all working in tandem to make this new one.

Probably not, keep in mind Ivy's Summon Suffering isnt techable due to the very complicated and batshit crazy input it has, it's part of the balancing for her.

lol, waiting for Seong has been one of the most psychologically taxing endeavors in my entire life. No joke either. I was developing legitimate depression worrying about this character. It was affecting my tasks at work, lol.
