Bane Treatment [bān ˈtrētmənt]:

Captain Cold (needs to rework this character to feel more defensive)

Scorpion Treatment [ˈskôrpēən ˈtrētmənt]:

Black Adam (to scale the DMG the fuck out)

Reasonable Buffs:

Firestorm (He will get his D2 fixed and upgraded, but at some point he will get fixed with the MB fire ground glitch that @STB Shujinkydink found)
Swamp Thing (he will be a bit fast)
Supergirl (Only her tele punch that will be similar to Scorpion's)
Wonder Woman (Her random shit gets reworked into a input selecting one)

Reasonable Nerfs:

Scarecrow (he will get nerfed only the D3)
Batman (Only at his trait, where his trait bar will be recharged slowlier than usual)
Red Hood or Deadshot (the shooting will be nerfed to have a bit larger cooldown)
Catwoman (Don't remember what was the button again, but this one was glitchy that it could avoid the orbs by leaning behind ala Matrix. This one gets fixed)

General

All the chars will get nerfed at a reasonable point for the Throws, so that they won't get the chance to combo off them, therefore it's to lower the cancel frames to zero.
All the chars will get buffed with the cross up JIs, so that they will no longer get wonky, making it less risky to be missable and be punishable.

I'm not going to tell what the unreasonable buffs/nerfs will be, because they're like a luck factor. I don't know what NRS is thinking when doing them, so no comment for them.

Make it so the ex version of bf3 comes out on hit only , make f1 8f on start-up or make it a high and keep it 6f.
Make b1 and b12 -5 , that's it.

Also: what about Bane's venom reset after clash, transitions and supers? that sucks!

Universal stuff-characters build meter for blocking projectiles, Buff mb roll.

Black Adam- Damage nerf, nerf trait cancel advantage a tiny bit and make regular divekick actually punishable.

Batman- does not start with bats, slower cool down.

Atrocitus- trait only (a little more trait juice taken for using the shield or fireball.)

Superman- minor Damage reduction, scale the shit out of divebomb setups if otg'd

Catwoman- B3 hitbox (there's absolutely no freaking reason it should hit you when you are clearly behind her.)

Aquaman- reduce meter build and chip damage on trident rush,

Deadshot- reduce the recovery on b1 on whiff, nerf meter build on all his projectiles.

Joker- remove Crowbar unblockable and full screen run and make it OTG again

Give back acid flower

Restore his j2 back to injustice 1 version (there's no reason batman should be able to have his and we lose ours.)

Buff J3 hurtbox (if jokers body is not hit physically with an attack, he shouldn't be trading)

Give us back a low parry that can also be meter burned

Fix ALL his whiff problems, mids should be mids

Increase active frames hitstun and hitbox on f23 and f232 and reduce the recovery of it on whiff

Make mb can more + on block again

Mb gun mid

Figure out trait.

Don't want to comment on any other characters but all I stated is hella fair.

I hope ds doesnt get any nerfs but it he will I hope its smth like you said :) I dont mind these nerfs . I just hope that if they nerf him they dont touch his zoning . Other nerfs I dont mind .

This is @BrianTheBEAST thoughts on the Joker, not everything I want but definitely fair for sure

My final thoughts on this topic before the post-Evo patch

1. Give Joker a wakeup that actually has invincible frames (I would prefer acid blossom for this, but crowbar would be a secondary option).

2. Restore his Inj1 J2 version. I don't even use J2 unless I connect a sweep. In almost every other situation with almost every character (exceptions: braniac and other big bodies), J2 simply whiffs at many ranges. Buffing J2 would also give us more options to open up our opponents.

3. Fix some hitbox/whiffing issues. For example, 21 whiffs on a crouching Green Arrow.

4. Have MB gun explode on block to give + frames or give + frames back to MB rolling gas. It's disgusting that, once we finally get it, we can't even continue some sort of pressure because we literally have no + frames from our special. Only thing I rely on is 21 or 212 teeth. Every other option is punished..... hard

5. This is still my biggest want for Joker - A re-work of F2. Please, a somewhat fast starting mid would be great because we don't have to rely on such unsafe options to even attempt to open up an opponent (D2 or sweep).

If Joker had these things, I'd be happy playing him for the entire lifespan of the game's cycle (just like how I've been religiously playing this character since Day 1). None of these changes will make him broken. It will simply make him more viable.

If they do not address these issues, here are some substitutes that aren't as important, but can still definitely help.

1. Actually make his parry invincible. I think it's utterly terrible that we make the right read (literally can be blown up by a jump in or low into full combo), yet we still get blown up by a mid or overhead.

2. Make D2 a tad bit faster. Here's the thing, if NRS doesn't rework F2, then we're stuck with our D2, D3, B1, and Jump-ins for Joker's neutral game. As already described previously, this is Joker's biggest problem. Making D2 faster would most definitely improve his neutral because his anti-airs become more consistent while, at the same time, we can make more use of that horizontally (when both players are on the ground)

3. Fix (or maybe buff?) MB gun whiff issues off B1. Not sure if this was intended, but B1 MB Gun only works on a certain amount of characters, but for many others, we have to strictly delay the MB Gun part.

4. Make crowbar safe. This ties in with how Joker literally CANNOT use his 32 string because every option is punished. 32 teeth? punish. 32 low canister? neutral jump punish (or just block because we have no + frames) 32 crowbar? punish. Every option (unless you do bounce cancel) is punished. Not to mention, all of this is reactable

5. Give more use to MB parry. I don't mind scaling down damage if it gives me a setup

6. Trait buff plz

Like I said, I don't mind if none of these become implemented, but I really this my first 5 are the only things Joker needs to become a viable (not overpowered) character

More recovery on grounded omega beams, maybe some damage scaling, slower startup on stomp, That sort of thing because he can't be ignored. He will sky rocket up the tier list for sure if they don't tone him down in some way.

Lbsh, if anyone has seen Reo's suggested changes, those would be perfect for Catwoman.

- increased height of hurtbox during B3 whiff recovery
- MB cat dash is a solid -13 from all distances
- J2 slightly normalized (hitbox angled more vertically vs horizontally)

Personally, I'd swap the J2 nerf with trait damage reduction but I'm fine either way. If you want to nerf her damage, trait is where you need to focus. Instead of 30/40 reduce it to 20/30 + with the above adjustments, she'll still be just fine.

The trait damage nerf is just my personal opinion. I'd take it over a J2 nerf. But c'mon Myles, those first 2 are non negotiable. People whiffing D1s + lower hitbox mids and missing a punish because you didn't space your B3 correctly is ridiculous. And mb cat dash has no business being as safe as it is from certain distances as a full screen armored launcher.

It's not so much "nerfs" in my eyes as it is an "adjustment". MB cat dash is meant to be -13, and I cannot fathom having D1 whiffs as intentional.

heres a few things that need to happen imo

Black Adam - nerf his damage....like i cant believe that was seriously in the game on release day. and give his trait more cooldown

Superman - get rid of the OTG Divebombs (nobody else can OTG why should a broken character have that too). make F2 9 frames. Make super breath -5. FIX THE FUCKING HIT BOX ON HIS AIR LASER. get rid of invincibility on flying punch wake up.

Aquaman - less chip on trident rush. make b123 -2, make MB trident rush -8. make tentacle strike -28. make him take damage during water shield. make his d2 10 frames. his j1 shouldnt be as good as it is either.

Deadshot - MAKE HIS B1 -10 (GL's is -14?????) make his f2 18 frames,SLIGHTLY increase recovery on his straight shot. make MB knee -5

Supergirl - FIX HER DAMAGE HOLY SHIT ITS THE WORST IN THE GAME, give her one more laser with full trait.

Batman - reduce hitstun on bats and increase cooldown, fix mb batarang hitbox (its impossible to jump over??)

GREEN LANTERN - give him his old specials back...if thats not an option GIVE LANTERNS MIGHT ITS OLD RANGE. make 2231 +3 on block (he doesnt have a 6 frame d1 so it equates to aquaman having a +2 string, minus the trident). make f2 10 frames (it would finally be useful). make exploding lantern -6 and MB -1. make MB wall +3 on block. and slightly buff his damage, he should be able to get close to 400 with a practical bnb. and make his combos actually land like they did in INJ1 (why cant i f3 j2 b13 trait???). fix the character.

Catwoman - nerf her j2, make her b1 -6. idk what else but make her fair.

there are other characters who need fixes but idk them these are the big ones im aware of. im awaiting the trash talk. #BuffGreenLantern

I think that's perfect but she definitely needs a damage nerf, I would only change the scaling off her safe meterless launchers and maybe 1-3% off trait, that would be perfect IMO.

No one is asking for "nerfs". B3 having a bigger hurtbox on whiff and catdash being punisheable anywhere and by anyone are a must, those are fixes mostly, her J2 could get a small nerf and c'mon, her damage would be ridiculous if they left it as is and nerfed Black Adam's. A damage nerf is almost guaranteed at this point.

No one is asking for anything else.
