Pretty much everyone agrees on what top 5 is. Some combination of adam/batman/superman/aquaman/atrocitus and maybe swap out one guy for something else.

So lets instead do the list for whose almost as good as the actual top tier!!

was gonna do bottom 5 originally then kinda realized it be like top 5. I don't think many people would argue grodd/swampthing/beetle and the like are kinda universally just not as good as everyone else

I only really have a top 4, after that everything is muddled and will probably take a lot of time to form opinions on.

a poor 6-10 list indeed...

but I am a man of my word so

I think GA anyone would agree was "good" in the first game, just not great. This time around he has done nothing but gain gain gain ground. MB boxing arrow nice little ditty to close out rounds, storing arrows actually a fairly decent addition to the character. Doing anything other than ice arrow is now viable, his combo ability and damage have both shot straight up.

He in my opinion is still not great but thats why I wouldn't dare list him as top 5 or nothing, but he sure as shit went from "good" to quite good now.

He's a great counter pick to zoners. The time buff to his ice arrows means he can trade with a projectile, get knocked down, dash forward and b3 alllll before the ice thaws. His corner combos are back and are insane (45% for 0 meter, and 1 electric arrow). His neutral is a lot safer now. He eats every attempt at a cross up with a sky alert combo (up to 30%). His damage buff allows him to make 3-4 solid ice arrow reads and take the round. And he can zone out most rushdown characters with ease. He only really struggles with the top 3 characters, and goes even with everyone else IMO

I actually now that I think of it I'd put Flash > Arrow. But other than sketch wakeups, Arrow is great. Good damage, great anti zoning, decent pressure, good mobility, Arrows good.

Why's Harley so high on everyone's lists? I mean, I main her and feel like I play way too many bad matchups for her to be this high of a contender. Superman, Supergirl, Black Adam, Deadshot, Aquaman, Fate, basically anyone that she can't zone or counterzone feels horrible. Exact same weakness she had in the first game.

Then again, her good matchups do seem pretty damn good. Might be she's just got a lopsided chart.
