It just makes them look worse overall because they're being lazy on one end and meticulous on the other. If they were just lazy, you could at least make an argument that their recycling was for budget reasons.

Yeah, to be honest, the 1 minute in total of gameplay I've seen of Darkseid has me more excited for him over Brainiac. Not that I think Brainiac looks bad, it's just that his gameplay doesn't look that interesting to me personally. But if Darkseid is an assist character (which it looks like he is because his parademons is his trait), then I feel that would make him more unique. Plus his stance and super looks cooler... actually, the character itself just looks cooler, LOL.
@Undeadjim I believe it's Kevin Grevious who played as a Lycan from Underworld. It's his natural voice btw.
