Calling San Antonio, TX players!

Hello everyone! I'm posting this because the mkx community in San Antonio, TX doesn't seem to be too active, which really saddens me lol. Anyway, there's a very nice place located in San Antonio called ultra arcade located at, 5946 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78216. At ultra arcade they have weekly mkx tournaments to attend every Friday. If you want to put money in the pot you can, but if you don't have any money to put that's alright too, however, if you win but didn't put in any money you won't win cash. I've been going to ultra arcade for the past couple of weeks and there really hasn't been many people attending for mkx tournaments. In fact, this past Friday I was the only person who showed up to play mkx and thus we couldn't do a tournament. I would really like to have the community in San Antonio become more engaged in these events to help keep the community alive and also have a great time playing the game and learning from each other. If anyone in San Antonio plays mkx frequently I would highly recommend going to ultra arcade on Fridays! Also, if you guys know anyone in the San Antonio area that plays be sure to let them know about this please! I may be even able to pick up people if transportation is an issue. Thanks in advance!

Im in san antonio, knew about this but have no transportation (or money atm). if i could get some online sets with anyone it would be godlike, thank you.

EDIT: oh and i really dont care about the pot, just want to play! D;

Y'all are tracking the tournament at UA this Saturday, right? Should be a decent turn out - at least 4-5 Austin guys are headed there.

I don't think anyone is active in this thread anymore. Plus i cant even make it out to this Ultra Arcade without transportation and that's local lol

From what I know, it's dead. All the active San Antonio players come to Austin to play. DM me @chr15foo and I can add you to the Austin group if you interested.

Not sure if I'm too late but I'm in S.A. I've always contemplated going to ultra arcade but I didn't know how the mk scene was looking. I'm definitely down to meet up for some tournys and practice, add me on Xbox gt: nRAGE Trip
I'm down to throw long sets I'm trying to level up as well as meet some cool people in the mk kommunity
