I'm assuming ps4 is the console of choice for injustice 2 If so would a brook xb1 to ps4 converter be allowed?

Brooks have been legal at every big tournament, so I'm sure they will be legal here as well.

For Injustice 2, will tournament matches be 3/5 the whole way? @Vandy
