Alien

  • New move Paulo’s vision - temporarily reverts back to previous version of alien

  • New move ex Paulo’s vision - temporarily reverts back to day 1 alien
Bo rai cho

  • Fart - can now be held for one continuous fart

  • Fart - can now be run canceled

  • Ex fart - can now be ignited by any source of fire including from opposing player and interactables
Cassie cage

  • Gap in b12 (4) removed

  • B124 plus 6 on block

  • Hollywood - 2nd hit of ex nut punch can be run canceled allowing for a full combo
D’vorah

  • Removed from the game and banished to the netherrealm after murdering outworlds rightful empress
Ermac

  • D3 - the harder d3 is mashed the more damage it does

  • D3 now plus 3 on block

  • Mystic - ex push hitbox has been increased to cover the area in front of him, above him, behind him, and the McDonald's 10 blocks down
Erron black

  • 21122 - the first hit hits overhead, the second hits low, the third the third has a 50/50 chance of hitting overhead or low, the fourth causes the other player to rethink their life choices, and the fifth hit summons all five pieces of exodia
Ferra/torr

  • Ferra now has her own health bar that goes down when ferra based attacks are performed. Ferra performs hara kira after health bar depletes
Fujin

  • Wind blast - now plus 01101000 01110100 01110100 01110000 01110011 00111010 00101111 00101111 01111001 01101111 01110101 01110100 01110101 00101110 01100010 01100101 00101111 01100100 01010001 01110111 00110100 01110111 00111001 01010111 01100111 01011000 01100011 01010001 (up from plus 01001100 01101101 01100001 01101111)
Goro

  • Punchwalk - can now be run canceled at any point

  • Shokan blast - removes arm and fires it out of his socket. Goro loses attacks utilizing this arm
Jacqui Briggs

  • F12 - range slightly decreased
  • Full auto - machine gun now hits mid

  • Full auto - mb machine gun now plus 10 on block (up from -15)
Jax

  • Ex major pain - armor removed

  • Pumped up - ex gotcha grab armor removed

  • Wrestler - Quad grapple armor removed

  • Bring it - armor removed
Jason

  • Unstoppable - rez can now be done up to 5 times in one round
Johnny cage

  • D4 - new reaction that allows a f3 to be confirmed and linked after

  • Fisticuffs - push block on b1212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121212121 removed
Kano

  • Removed from game until he gives mileena her gold back
Kenshi

  • Balanced removed from game

  • New variation - seeing eye dog

  • Seeing eye dog - Kenshi gets a new friend (that's about it)
Kitana

  • Fans no longer cause the opponent to fall after used twice in a combo
Kotal Kahn

  • F2 - now hits high

  • F1 - now hits high

  • D1 - now hits high

  • D4 - note hits high
Kung jin

  • Ancestral - fire arrow now lights his quiver on fire

  • Ancestral - vampiric quiver only works at night

  • Ancestral - stun arrow now puts the character into a 20 year coma. Their loved ones will miss them
Leatherface

  • Pretty lady - chainsaws are now properly weighted making them much harder to throw
Lui kang

  • Can now be controlled with a kinect and ps move
Mileena

  • B1 - now hits overhead

  • J1 - hitbox increased

  • D3 - hurtbox decreased

  • Ball roll - now digs into the ground lowering her hurtbox and increasing the hitbox

  • Ex roll - now -3 on block (down from -31)
Predator

  • D4 - now plus 6 on block

  • Warrior - self destruct now deals 100% to himself and 15% to the opponent
Quan chi

  • D1 - now - 10 on hit(down from +3)

  • Summoner - puggles now occasionally shits on the floor, quan chi must clean it up

  • Sorcerer - opponent now gains buffs when standing in the a spell circle
Raiden

  • Thunder fly - can now be curved up and down
Reptile

  • F412 - changed to high, high, high

  • New skin - human reptile
Scorpion

  • New move lag switch - passive ability that causes the opponent a 5 frame input delay
Shincock

  • New skin - POTUS
Sonya

  • Demolition - grenades no longer need to be reloaded

  • Special forces - drone no longer needs to be summoned
Sub zero

  • Now weak to fighting types
Takeda

  • New reaction from whip attacks for certain character - some characters are into that
Tremor

  • Up rock - removed from game

  • New move up pebble - a mild inconvenience
Triborg

  • Cyrax - when net is used twice in a combo it now causes a standing reset

  • Cyrax - net can be used after a bomb

  • Cyrax - bombs are now unlockable

  • Cyber sub zero - now 4 times weak to fire

You forgot to add:
Kung Jin Bojutsu - ex Bo swat, Kung Jin spins until he hits the opponent or is hit out of active frame (can last all game)

Kung Jin Shaolin - up kick can now be canceled into divekick, shaolin drop can now be run canceled

A-List Johnny - F3 can now be run canceled, if F3 makes contact and you run cancel, you can run cancel your run cancel to be able to F3 again. If you do F3~run cancel~run cancel~F3~run cancel~run cancel~F3, Johnny is +400 and if he follows up with F3, Johnny wins round
