Cook With Might? - General Cooking Discussion

I've seen numerous things discussed in the Other section, the most recent was the "Steak Divide" where the community was polled on their preferred method to Cook/Eat their steak. This lead me to wonder while making dinner, just how many of the Community feel they could be Evo Champions of their Kitchen/Household. So, while I've scaled back a bit of my play in order to explore other interests/fads I submit my latest cooking concoction, a standard take on Chili Mac.

I would be interested to see how others in this community fare with their culinary skills with either Pictures or Videos. Or even just exchanging recipes or prep methods for our common food stuffs.

I will DEFINITELY be taking notes if I see some delicious food show up in this thread. Including your Chili Mac video I haven't watched yet.
