Teen titans fans rigged the poll. Most of them have no interest in video games like injustice they just want the character they watched on tv to be in game which most of them are never gonna play. Ed Boon is smart and he knows these spammers. Powergirl won the injutice 1 voting and Boon made batgirl playable in that game and supergirl in this game.

I like her history and she's hot lel and she has a relationship with Raven, Cyborg, and Nightwing (all from the first game) so something could be done with that in the story. Plus I just don't see how NRS can't make her a bad ass
