Meh I'm personally not that fussed about it. After a few months it won't matter. Doing well at early tournaments and never being relevant again also doesn't appeal to me.

Where did you get the next reveal would be the second? Like February second

But that said, it's a closed beta that's probably only being done purely so that they can collect data to refine their logic for the netcode. It's a shame that not everyone can get a code, but they're trying to make a game here and are probably not ready to open up the online to the entire playerbase.

"Accidentally" if Swamp Thing gets revealed, that was 100% intentional guaranteed.

Just wondering - how did you get so many codes?

I won't have a chance at your giveaway as I won't be home from work yet, but congrats to whoever gets it.

Me and a group of other people all put in an email for the codes like within 2 minutes of the post about it. Now it's just a matter of convincing the casuals that they should give the code to someone who would appreciate it more and then I just let them play at my house.

Also a lot of luck.

I see. Well that sucks if your buddies have codes if they hardly even play. There's so many people, like myself, who registered the second they saw the registration open that still don't have codes.

Why was everyone so quick to sign up if they hardly play? Sorry for all the questions. I'm just still very frustrated by this whole process.

I'm to the point that I don't care if I'm unable to play the beta.

I don't mean this in a whiney way, either. I've simply accepted that I may be among those who just don't get a code.

However, I'd be plenty happy if I did get one. I'm looking forward to playing it on release either way.

Well, I have a feeling that codes aren't being sent today. It's almost 5PM and it's been pretty quiet other than this tweet: https://twitter.com/noobde/status/826458519163564032

The fact that a character reveal is coming super early just 2 days from now has be wondering if they are trying to give us something to hold us over.

The "rumor" from before was that Wave 2 was going to be sent around February 7th, around the time of the next stream. They surprised us early with Wave 2 but it seemed to have been a really small wave, like maybe it wasn't really planned or something...

Anyway, the point that I'm trying to get to: I think the next BIG wave will happen a week from now. There will probably be a stream with another character reveal or breakdown, and they also announce that the Beta is updating and they are sending more codes. Just a feeling, though.
