This is how it should of went down.

Someone from NRS should of made a thread on THIS site stating if you want a code please post here, or DM that particular NRS employee.

Everyone on this website contributes to making NRS games better, but yet TONS of people on this site do not have one. It really frustrates me seeing people that only downloaded it because they got a code and to never play it again.

If I get one, I get one. I went from checking my e-mail every 5 mins to maybe checking it once a day now. The hype is dead.

When you release a beta you are doing 2 things.

Testing net-kode / servers
Testing balance, bugs and fixes.

Casuals don't usually find those bugs, when you have a website full of tournament players who know a bug when they see one we can report it before it gets on the day 1 build.

I know they don't care if I get a code, my opinion doesn't matter about the game, but I personally have found some bugs when MKXL. (Not implying that should automatically give me a code)

When it came to the MKXL GGPO beta, I was given a code from a NRS employee. They reached out to me and gave me one. The approach seems to totally opposite of what it was last time.

They could at least say "Here is a possible timeline where the codes are going to be released, updates to the beta and etc.."

It may not happen the way they planned, but they can always update us on the situation, if something is behind schedule.

Edit: Also it was confirmed by a NRS employee that if you mistyped your email, then it's GGs dawg. (in Bradys voice)

Not getting a "Thanks for participating in the Injustice 2 beta" e-mail is kinda sad.

Here we are almost 1 week later, and I haven't got anything. I honestly think I mistyped it because I was super hyped for the beta.

Honestly I'm still #teamnocode I'm not going to sit up and celebrate because I got lucky enough to "sneak" a code through a giveaway. I'm absolutely disgusted with how this has been handled and honestly it really bothers me to a point where my hype has gone from 10 to 3 real quick. This shit was so shady from the beginning man so dumb


Edit: What's even sadder is they legit haven't even announced that wave 2 was over or given another update on wave 3 and the bug fixes/character additions if any. Smfh

I did. Not gonna lie. Hope I get it. Would be awesome? My main is is so close yet so far. This fucking hurts man. It's like being told Spawn can freely be used by NRS and WB yet nothing anywhere.

Who gives a shit if it's random or not, who gives a shit if it's top players or not. Whoooo cares if there's thousands or a thousand people who get codes. Point is you get a "chance" to play it quite early before release. I took my time to read most of this thread and Jesus Christ. All I see is ABSOLUTE idiots pulling at straws looking for a reason to complain.
He complained so I will, I don't like the Hollywood aspect, it's the moral of what they said. I've supported NRS for 20 years, it's the casuals that make up there fan base, I should get a code. Holy f*** are some of you guys really really serious here? Anything NRS does it just isn't good enough. Grow up and wait like adults. You get one you do, you don't wait for the game like thousands upon thousands of us are...

I have my code and have been playing the beta for like 4 days right, my friend plays it a little less than me by like a day, he didt know what to against atrocitus now, until i showed him and he has a month to learn, so he didnt know 1 match up with less than a week into the beta imagine people who havent played the beta and bbuy the game, they will get absoletly bodied, no question. The whole aspect of the hollywood thing is remeber with mkx, when people who played the game early and won like a million majors in row until about a year after everyone had to catch up, everyone who has been playing the beta since day 1 has an incredible advantage.

With no Raven there's a 99.9% chance I'm going Dr. Fate from launch to close so we'll be on the same team.
