Getting Started: Atrocitus

Hey guys!

Just finished editing this together for newcomers to Injustice, or those unsure about how some of the key moves for Atrocitus function.

There are many elements to his gameplay and with the time limit I was aiming for, I had to pick the stuff everyone should know to start off with. I know some deeper stuff is missing.

We are aiming to make these for all characters as they get added.

Enjoy! And here's to the many many Injustice videos to come from this community.

Also, Atrocitus <3 I should pick this character *complaining about no code

Get your guns on. Sheriff is back.
Yo Ketchup, can Bloodnado or Dexstar catch folks that air tech B3 and lead to full combo? I'm trying to get an answer to that as I want to occassionally throw in B3 combo attempts just to bait meter loss from my opponents to keep them at a disadvantage on clashes. That and potential damage scaling resets if air teching leads to new combos :)

Between E3 and the first wave of beta codes, people have already had enough time to make guides on non-legacy characters.

It'll be seen as a ridiculous statement, but I don't feel like these people should be tournament legal for the first month to two months of release. We're just not at that point yet I suppose. Fairness is trumped by recognition and random chance.

In order to not be completely negative in this thread, I did enjoy the video and dropped a like. I'll probably try to implement some of this stuff when I get a chance to play the game for the first time.

lol dudes already putting in 3 hour long sets and half a day of matches. That equality.

Don't worry though, you about to get a code from Storm's distribution so you gonna have the time needed to catch up.

Nah it's a lot more than that. Some have already put in over 30 hours.

I leave for Frosty Faustings tomorrow. When I win MKX on Saturday, i'll ask KP to let me on the mic so I can say a few things about this situation.

KP is in the hollywood club so he may not let me.

Awesome, thanks @PND_Ketchup for putting together this breakdown for Atrocitus! I really appreciate it and it helps to get an idea of how to approach playing Atrocitus.

The Red Lantern Corps and Green Lantern Mythos are my favorite in the DC Universe. So I'm beyond hyped to play Atrocitus in Injustice 2. I haven't received a Beta Code yet. So until then I'll just wait, watch, and learn from other players

Because nobody really uses air tech against me, I really haven't had the chance to experiment with doing that yet. I'll have to wait until I get a training mode!

I think this kind of thing needs to be considered and talked about once we find out exactly how many people will be playing the Beta by the end of its cycle.

For all we know it could become an open beta in the final couple of weeks or something.
