I am not bashing Tweedy in any way with this - I think Alien is godlike. Every person that touches the character, whether they want to admit it or not is abusing his OP elements. The entire character is OP. Did Tweedy hit someone with a b3 from downtown? That's OP. Did rekkas happen at some point? There ya go. Was a d4 into pretty tricky to fuzzy 50/50 thrown out? Bam. Was a JIP thrown out? a JIP that beats most if not all things? Also OP. Alien's tools are fucking nuuuuuuuuuuuts compared to some of the other characters - there's no glaring weakness on that character. As soon as you choose Alien you're into some OP shit.

BEFORE THIS GETS OUTTA HAND I just want to state that while we might be able to take games off YOMI members (MIGHT, I don't underestimate or overestimate anything when it comes to shit like this and I'm not even bringing up any sort of battle because why at this point in the life of the game) we wouldn't be able to live up to the legacy of YOMI at this point in the games life. YOMI dominated and I mean dominated for a while with the exception of the Fox. All of the members were killlllling it. King, DJT, MIT, Slayer, Saltface, REO like they were bodying everyone. I do think EXiLE has big things coming and I love the team, but we need to establish ourselves as a force before conversations like that can begin. Just my two cents.

I was just stating currently. YOMI revolutionized the NRS scene. They changed everything. Nothing but respect for their legacy and how they forced the community to level up.

And their skill levels, I know the Terry brothers would still tear up some tourneys. Not to mention what Michaelangelo, FOREVER KING, REO and Slayer are still doing.

But I'd be a damn buffoon if I didn't show confidence in the team I manage and lead.

I have confidence EXiLE could beat any team lol what kind of leader would I be if I stated otherwise?

And in Exile vs YOMI the skill gap is a bit closer IMO

Let me say a couple things.

Hunter vs Tarkatan is most likely even. Play that match up. Tarkatan has no projectile to harass hunter post trap. If I commit to a B3, F4, jump 2, and he blocks it, I get hit by the trap. He can literally turn it into a staring contest where Alien just has to hold disk chip. The only reason Hunter doesn't win is because he can't get up once knocked down. It's a very momentum heavy match up.

Dragon Naginata if she loses does not lose that badly.

Ronin does not lose to Tarkatan and is top 5 himself.

Demo and Acidic do fine vs Tarkatan.

Sub Zero and Gunslinger get raped, you guys can discredit me all you want for beating Buffalo and Villanious. That's fair.

Grr is the only player I saw all weekend that had the right to complain about top tier, this and that. Lackey vs Imposter looked uhhhhhhhhhhhh.

But yeah, you can't see Tarkatan vs Ronin, and say whoever won is a tier monster or whatever. Either they both are or the match is fair. Both characters are busted.

Oh ya Erron and Sub get fucked. 100%. Also Villianous doesn't even play MKX anymore. He just entered to help us get to 50 people.
Also ya Outworld is a cool person offline. he just does the stupid online shit for the hype. offline hes a chill dude.

Never really played a game with back to block, so idk. MKX was my first fighting game and it took me awhile.

My sets vs DJA Homies, Red Raptor, Rewind, Wound, Atai, have helped make me the player that I am.

But as far as like competitive play, online has nothing on offline. Before I went to TCW I had an online tournament set vs Yungmonster where he kept poking after low rocket, that almost made me quit MKX lol.

I played a lot better offline, like I knew I would. Outside of Alien bullshit I try to play very by the book.

Btw i'm taking this as more of a prop thread than anything.

The thread title is a joke. I don't know why that Insuperable and whoever else keeps acting like i'm saying i'm the best player ever(I should have beaten the best player ever though :/ ).

I thought i'd get top 8 and I did. What's up?

I thought about making a TCW review thread before I went, but now that it's over, I don't think that's possible.

Just too many people to thank. Mr. Aquaman and his event were just too much. Comparing my experience to notable EVO reviews for MKX, we're fucking up if this isn't our EVO next year.

Everyone from Sonic/Hayatei to guys who people don't know, were awesome. I ran out of Dave and Busters(BJ Penn style lmao) when I beat Hayatei and one of the staff held on to my converter for me lol.
