Also not sure if you guys know this, but when punishing unsafe moves easiest is not always the best. Heavy normal into special build less kv than light normal into special so you can potentially get more damage when you cash out

Honestly I would say that Jago has all the tools for any situation in footsies

Honestly all the characters play footsies til they get a hit then they go crazy. The only real "footsie" character is Kim wu and the consensus seems to be that she sucks

What about Jago/Shago? I've read that Shago has a strong footisies game if you're playing safe and not online yolo.

ive never seen a shagoplay footsies. Ever... It's all random slides, cross up dive kicks and slides/ cross up slides

I was watching Rico play Shago the other day. It was lots of keep away with fireballs and full screen punish with surge slides. Or surge slides that were covered by fireballs.

Got top 16 at VSFighting with all Kan Ra, lost to the guy who put me in losers at Hypespotting (and actually won the whole thing at HS) who played FULGORE against me the bastard, and a Sabrewulf player. Did better than I thought I would tbh and I'm happy with it, would've been the most fraudulent thing if I'd made top 8 since I don't really know many matchups lol. Ketchup got 7th in KI with all Riptor!
