Try this for starters. If anyone has any issues after trying this, let me know. I will be looking at alternative means to post in the meantime.

Edit: Ugh. I tried it myself to see if it would work. It lets you go to the page just fine, but none of the videos seem to load. I'll do some more searching.

Edit again: It seems that every VPN/proxy that allows you to visit the page and not get that warning doesn't load the videos. I'm kinda at a loss right now.

When you inspect the console on the page opened via proxy, there are multiple errors and warnings about not being able to decode fonts and failing to parse sourcemaps.

Maybe there is a way for someone with access from the US (I'm in Europe so I can't) to open the video resource on its own tab?

Works with PIA vpn but others have mentioned to use Hola which you should since PIA cost money.

BTW you guys do know HOLA used peoples networks as bot nets and sold information to whoever paid the most right? I would be very cautious using HOLA. Just throwing out a fair warning for anyone who is thinking of using it to watch this video.
