The rhythm and timing of it all takes getting used to.

How long have you been playing?

What kind of button settings do you use?

Well just mashing quarter circles and buttons even with combo assist off will still get you full combos, getting in the legitimate rhythm of the linker, auto double, linker, auto double combos and only pressing the buttons once takes getting used to. Plus you are rocking the "masher" title or whatever so you never know

I don't think the masher title has anything to do with actual mashing lol. I don't really have a problem with inputs coming out other than the fact that I rarely use FP during my combos because my rb on my pad is completely fucking stuck and I basically have to slam it down with my index finger to come out. It's a real pain in the ass, I need to replace my pad soon. I also get instinct sometimes when i'm trying to do a shadow linker, I don't really know how to stop that from happening though, maybe I just need to be more precise with my inputs.

Anyone down for some games in a bit?

I know, the mashing thing was a joke, well the title part. Its easy to see you can mash out 50% combos in this game even at a low level and getting used to the actualll combo rhythm and adding in manuals and what not is whwre the execution comes from. I mean in the heat of the moment though Im still mashing some combos out up until the shadow linker which gives me time to collect myself for the rest of the combo. Its easy to combo in this game, but doing the exact combo you WANT every time takes getting used to

The other reason why I don't mash is because I don't want 2 sequences to be the same strength and be broken
