Nah he is not that bad, people just got used to him being godlike in season 2.

Kan-Ra wants to stay mid far screen. But he has no good defensive options outside of sansplosion. Most characters can be his slow normals and just pressure him to the corner until he dies

Ra had great offense and traded that for shitty defense. They nerfed that offense but didn't buff his defense. So he's struggling atm
