Xanadu Thursday casuals (Arbutus, Maryland just outside of Baltimore)

ASUS and BenQ make good monitors. I know Kombat Network uses the ASUS vh238h. Even that's a little older though. In the future I'll have two full set ups myself. For now we should plan on bringing at least 2. If it's not possible, we'll just have to take turns

@HuttonMD they're open til 12. I'll likely only stay until 10ish myself unless a weekly tournament starts up.

Thanks I was looking into buying a monitor and had no idea which ones were good I'll check those out.

Yea I doubt id stay til 12 either since I'd have work the next day but a good two hours of games every week is fine with me.

So unfortunately I can't make it out tonight and I'm on call next Thursday to which never happens, two Thursdays in a row which is just my luck and the following Thursday I'm gonna be in nj but the 25th I will be there lol

I've never had this many Thursdays booked up but I will be there when I can be I really wanna be apart of the MD scene

I'm getting my windows replaced and it's taking longer than I thought today. Unfortunately I have to bail tonight too. Sounds like most of us do. I hope you're not there by yourself RM Ree! I am planning on being a part of this scene though. It's crazy that there already isn't a DC/Baltimore scene, not even for Street Fighter. Anyways, I will be there next week!

Lol okay well, Xanadu is very accommodating anyway. It's a really awesome venue and I hope to see you guys out here next Thursday (I actually will be able to attend)!

We're at it again tomorrow evening! Same deal as last time. I'm bringing a PS4 set up, ready to play @ 5:30 pm. Looking forward to playing some of the locals! If enough people show, we can even get a mini-tournament going.

Whelp, tried tonight. But bus crash on Chevy Chase off 495 had me on a 2 hour trip that got me as far as Arlington

Aw that sucks man. We had a really awesome set on stream. It'll be even better next time if more folks show up. I can't overstate how gracious the dudes at Xanadu are to the FGC.
