Calling all MD players!!!!!!!!!

Hey everyone, I live on Eastern shore down by ocean city and recently went to my first offline event. It was amazing and has pumped my confidence up and made me more hungry to do well in this game.

So I've made this thread so all of us in MD can try to get something going. I've heard of the Xanadu place but the thread has been dead and idk if it still even goes on. But if we all could talk in this thread and maybe try to start the Xanadu back up or even try to get something started in our areas that would be awesome.

I'm definitely willing to travel and getting offline games in will help us all out in the long run and I really would like to be part of a MD scene

I'm going to go to the arcades down at the boardwalk since some stay open year round and see if they would be willing to let us use the venue for casuals or anything really.

Idk how many ppl would be willing to make the drive here but I wanna try to get something going

cool..i will attend if its close by. I was consistently going to CFAS local in Manassas VA, but I have not been recently due to weather and I wasn't sure if people was still showing up. plan on going back this week though since the snow has cleared. not sure about Xanadu though. Never been.

It's pretty dead over here on Eastern shore I'm gonna see what I can do.

Id Love to but but im in the far western part of the state. Its a 6 hour drive for me and with life and starting my own business wont be possible for me

Maybe someone here could give you a ride lol. Nothing is set I just wanted to see if ppl were interested and if we could come up with something to get some kind of scene going or if one already exists to brought to my attention

I live in DC so I'm only an hour away from Xanadu.

Was told recently that it's still a thing, but looked online and can't find a schedule of any sorts.

Xanadu is more dead than a cementary for MK. Me and a couple friends have a tiny scene around DC... But having a scene in Xanadu would be pretty cool. If not Some of us are gunna go to CFAS. You should come through bruh.

I definitely would come over there sometime. Just let me know when and everything. Weekends are usually best for me because of work but we can figure something out

I tried the Xanadu thread and no one has said anything so idk but when I went to VA last weekend I was asked if I went there so maybe it's still a thing but idk who to contact

Add me on KRPT_Techn9cian bro. as far as I know CFAS only happens on Wednesday. The local I go to in DC is every week on Fridays and the monthly is on Saturdays.

Yea it was definitely fun. I played some sets with everyone and realized i didn't get blown out lol. I almost beat quiet storm first rd but I had an input error on the meaty and he punished lol next time tho I'll have my converter so it won't happen again. I should have planned ahead and practiced with ps4 controller

Yo I recommend getting the Hori Fighting Commander 4. Best Fight Pad for MKX in my opinion. It's about 40 bucks at GameStop or Amazon. Recommend it to any player,
