Official Uprise Clan Thread

Verdict of Clan war between Xshdwx and Uprise.

It all started with God going against Vampire. God knew it would be do or die for our clans. He went in strong and tried his best against Vampires Quan. He couldnt handle the corner and got overwhelmed. He dropped some vital combos but it ended in a loss. Shdw was up by one man. Next was Stealthys Match. Stealthy fought against quan god. It was a close set between these two fighters and Muffin came up on top 3-2. Next was Jolt vs Demon. Jolt confused by demons weird playstyle loses the first game. Jolt then rallies for a win in the second game. Demon takes over the last two and goes on top 3-1. SensEnvy is up next against Erk. Sensenvy sees no challenge and tore his ass up 3-0. Next was Lizard vs CJ. Lizard takes CJ off the clan war without a problem 3-0. Lizard, Sage, Muffin remain. Vampire and Demon are left for xshdwx. Muffin takes Vampire out without a doubt 3-0. and Celebrates in chat taunting god for losing. God forever tilt. Sage then goes on to play Demon. Demon knows the MU and takes the win easily 3-0. Next would be Lizard but he cant connect so Fluff takes over for his position. Muffin plays Demon and gets 3-0. Demon is on a rampage and ties the people up 1 to 1. Fluff is the replacement for Lizard so he fights Demon. Demon quickly picks Cybernetic Kano. And Fluff goes straight to his main Shirai Ryu. The first match goes pretty solid for Demon. The second match both fighters dealt with combo drops and moments where punishments should of happened. Fluff takes the first round. Fluff gets an early lead going in the second round but gets anti air'd and suffers a lost. Fluff being doing 0-2 , takes a minute to think about his next character. He then goes straight back into the match. And all nerves and pressure gets to him. He easily throws away the clan war to Xshdwx.

Good matches to xshdwx.

Today Uprise has lost their first clan war. Many fought prestigiously for their clan. Overall, everyone came in and did their best. We will rally from this and continue on to our next clan.

Ultimately, I owe everyone a sincere apology for losing the last match. My Takeda isn't up to par. I didn't do as well as I thought I would. I let the nerves consume me and let everyone in this organization down. I don't think I will participate in another clanwar until I figure out my max strength. Honestly, this loss really affects me. But great job out there guys. You did all you could and I let you down..so sorry. -Fluff

Fluffy no reason to apologize it happens you win some you lose some it happens everyone i still 100% behind you my lord.

Fluff it's not your fault at all no need to feel bad about it. I think this is good learning experience for all of us and we did pretty damn good for our first clan war. We did put up a fight and that can not be taken away. I mean all we can do is learn from this and get stronger.

It doesn't even matter guys! We learn from our mistakes and move on. I would like to go ahead and suggest rematch because they missed out on Prince Goro and Uncle Jax. ;)

Seriously though, great effort! As long as it was tight in the long run, that's all that matters. It sounds like we may have gotten complacent after going up 3-1 and that may have cost us. Of course, I'm in no position to say for sure because I was unable to participate. Once my internet comes through I'm going to be training nonstop and pretty much guarantee to be the most active and hopefully, you guys can get in there with me and get on the grind.

For those that participated, stay up and keep going strong. We only go up from here, that's a promise!

Drop that attitude real quick! It hurts you more than helps so totally unnecessary. It was a battle royale, therefore, it falls on the shoulder of the entire team, even on those that didn't play. We'll be back.

It was a lot of fun all-around. Don't be too hard on yourself Fluff. If anything, I should be feeling bad because of my "oh so laggy connection". Otherwise, Demon probably wouldn't have even made it to Stealthy.

Chin up, my friend. There's plenty more wars and glory to come.

Round of applause for our team though. I'm proud of everyone for making them WORK for that victory.
