I'm talking about him having no ways out of her block pressure, at all.

4~df2 being a legit block infinite in the corner.

her essentially getting a free 50/50 off blocked b14 since Quan doesn't want to risk the full combo of poking out. All her pressure being SAFE.

df2 is +2 (+3 unless you're doing a reversal). 4 is 8 frames. He can't poke out. If he backdashes, he's wasted a bar of stamina and still is set back at neutral as the 4 recovers quick enough. If he back dashes between the 4 and the df2, the df2 recovers quick enough that she is unpunishable, and he's just wasted a bar of stamina. In the corner, this becomes deadly since Quan essentially just has to hold 4~df2 ad infinitum.
