this espihoe gets it on the nose broOnline for MKX is pretty ass compared to their earlier games like Injustice, which is unacceptable. I remember when I used to play online against a variety of different players all the time and could enjoy the experience for the most part. People ask me often for Goro and Kitana experience, but because I can't even do basic shit that is important to playing these characters optimally, I just usually don't bother. Can't instant air fan consistently in a lot of terrible lag, can't punish stuff with command grab, can't even take advantage of plus 13 frames online. It's to the point that my most played modes are single fight and training mode, not online like in other titles. I think ladder is higher on my list of most played modes lol.
People I used to connect superbly with in Injustice, I can barely connect with now. There's like three people who I can connect well with online now. Being an online warrior wasn't so bad for Injustice, offline was still obviously preferred over anything else as it always will be, but for people with weird schedules that conflict with going to locals or for people who don't have a scene near them, the online could at least be semi up to modern day standards......
A lot of this is why after Summer Jam, I'm probably going to just play other titles. MGSV is coming out, gonna playthrough GTA and go back to Last of Us cause online ruined a fun game for me.
yeah esl would give me something to play for if I COULD CONNECT TO THE FUCKING SERVERSThe people who can't translate to being successful offline are probably just players who aren't actually good, they just rely on online gimmicks, or gimmicks that are even stronger online.
Foreverking brings up another good point. The ESL definitely gives the xbox people something to play for.
Is there someone jealous or just a scrub?Forgot about this but stiill all you have to do is open up 6 tabs and pick shinnok or scorpion bc having *** connection doesnt get you dqed i mean look at mitsuownes for *** sake
I cant connect to the servers most of the time so for me ESL is pointless! And I have awesome internet too so idk what else I could do!Being an online warrior in MKX is actually wayyyy better than being an online warrior in Injustice/MK9
Online warriors in MKX can win $1000 dollars a week from the online ESL tournaments and win a chance for an all-expenses paid trip to a 100K tournament
Far from pointless haha
That feel when our transatlantic connection in Injustice on PS3 was better than me playing someone who lives a few hours away from me by car on PS4 . I didn't even bother buying a US copy this time around cos it would've been pointless.Online for MKX is pretty ass compared to their earlier games like Injustice, which is unacceptable. i am extremly jealous you abuse online youre possibly the worst scorpion ive seen and yet you get to go to america win £100 every couple of weeks as well and i dont, you seem cool other than that though. Is there someone jealous or just a scrub?
More than 100 btw.i am extremly jealous you abuse online youre possibly the worst scorpion ive seen and yet you get to go to america win £100 every couple of weeks as well and i dont, you seem cool other than that though.
I believe he tweeted on week 1 that the netcode is great. People like him who either lie or tell people to deal with it ruin it imo. It gives NRS an excuse to not do anything. What does GodSpeed say when a massive lag spike pops up? I'd love to watch a compilation of that kind of stuff.
Do you have any advice, or know of any guides/resources for someone who wants to "try to build their own scene"? I'd definitely be interested in starting something up in my area, I just don't even know where to begin. The closest thing is about an hour off (which admittedly isn't terrible), but even that isn't particularly large.I think if you have an offline alternative then that would obviously be better. And on Xbox One a lot of people can't even play the online because of a bunch of issues and bugs. But I think if you dont have offline as an option(although I would always suggest trying to build your own scene first) then I think it would be up to you whether you can tolerate online or not. I stopped because personally every time I tried playing it I got mad and didnt feel like I learned anything. But I would say give it a shot and if you feel like its fun/your learning something, stick to it.
if i had the money and the pot was enticing enough i might come and body your shit but unfortunatley i do not so however much i want to body you offline it will most likely not happenMore than 100 btw.

My victories. Tell me when you found the lag.
By the way, I am working on hosting a tournament in Germany. I would love to welcome (destroy) you offline.
In all honesty, I suck at SF but at least I can play it. I lose because I suck and I can accept that. With NRS' games? I lose because I can't even do combos online, lag tactics dominate playing online, frame date is ALL OVER THE PLACE, and then the game will probably just desync mid match anyways. These games are the most aggravating god damn thing I have ever experienced online and their inability to produce a decent netcode when every other company can is bullshit. Rising Thunder is a FREE GAME AND HAS A BETTER NETCODE.at least in SF you can boot people from your endless lobbies with obvious shit connections...and the netcode is cool.
